We rolled in to Seattle by train, so could not get to B&B Inn till after 11 pm. The instructions left were very clear; everything was where it was supposed to be and the bed was so inviting! Meeting other guests over a delicious breakfast is always a highlight of this type of travel lodging--thank you!

We were late in making accommodation arrangements and selected this place, rather than chose...we had very few options. But.....it was fine. The welcome isn't up to average level of B&B establishments. We arrived, startled the young attendant as "our" room already had luggage in it. Whoops...were hastily moved without any further ado but then we knew little else. A bit...

We booked this place for a few days and arrived a couple of hours before our arrangement. When we arrived at the door a pleasant enough young girl allowed us in but told us that our room wouldnt be ready for at least half an hour which was fair enough then she just wandered off and left us in the...

Spent four nights visiting in Seattle and a big part of the pleasure was staying at Bed and Breakfast Inn. I arrived late, which was no issue, since Shannon and I communicated via text. I got a quiet downstairs room, bath down the hall. All spotless, nice waffle-weave robe in the closet. Breakfasts were superior (sitting in the sunny kitchen...

Stayed for two nights in July. We had a large room with a queen and twin bed and still had enough room for my preschooler to have a sleep mat on the floor. Room had a balcony and we could see Mount Rainier. Breakfasts had great variety, and were tasty. Brownies/Cookies in the evening were a treat. Could easily walk...

This was the second stop for my husband and me during our honeymoon. As my sister had booked a place for us for two nights, we went in as awkward newlyweds not quite knowing what to expect. We stayed in a lower level bedroom with a full bed. These small rooms do not come with breakfast nor a private bathroom....

The bed & breakfast is located close to public transit to downtown and capital hill. The inn keeper cooks an amazing breakfast and has baked goods for an afternoon snack. The rooms are very clean with comfortable beds. The multiple bathrooms are a plus especially if the inn is filled. The rooms with the terrace has spectacular views of the...

First of all, this place isn’t really a bed & breakfast in the usual sense; it is, as other reviewers have noted, a BOARDING HOUSE. Formerly and more accurately known as Capitol Hill Guesthouse (the name was likely changed for SEO reasons—to rise in search results), this flimsily built (no sound-proofing, holes in the bathroom walls) structure has been retrofitted...

The neighborhood is pretty and safe, and just a 15 min. bus ride from downtown. You get kitchen privileges and there is a refrigerator for guests' food. The continental breakfast has hard boiled eggs, good coffee, juice, milk, cereals, breads/pastry, yogurt, and fresh fruit. Bathrooms are shared, but I rarely had to wait and they were very clean. There were...

This was our last stop (stayed two mights) of a 14 day tour of Pacific Northwest. We knew going into this that due to some of the negative reviews that it was not going to be a stellar stay. I will say that our room was clean and tidy. I also knew going into this that we would be using...
