Thank you for your review. I'm sorry to hear about the issues you experienced while staying at our 15 story hotel, but as far as saying it is unsafe I have to disagree. We have regular municipal inspections and have been on the leading...More
We spent 2 nights here on a group tour, so have no idea the rates, but whatever they are, look for something better. They had a window air conditioner that did not work. I went to call down, and the phone did not work. Went...More
This is a little way out of the centre, about 15 mins walk (which is flat) but it is very comfortable. We had a room on the 11th floor looking out over the strait - stunning views to snow capped mountains. It was the only...More
I really liked the room we had on the 8th floor, which had good views. The room was clean and had a great kitchenette in it and dining table. The heating was controllable and although there was some traffic noise when the windows were open,...More

My 2 adult sons and I stayed here one night. The room was one of the smallest hotel rooms I had ever stayed in. The view of Cook Inlet was nice. The beds were comfortable and the front desk staff was helpful, but I would...More

WE left on our cruise from Seward which is about 2 1/2 to 3 hours by car or 4 hours in the train. If travelling by train to your port ,you wont need a taxi as Inlet Towers provide a shuttle bus to the railway station. Might I add that the train trip down to Seward was one of the most spectacular train trips we have every done, Highly recommended.

For the shuttle, once you have arrived at the airport and retrieved your luggage, you will need to notify the front desk at the hotel by calling 907-276-0110. If you do not have a phone, the desk agents at the airport are there to help you. The front desk agent at the hotel will direct you to a baggage claim door, have you exit outside, and cross over a few lanes to the taxi cab island. You will need to stand directly across from the door you designated while on the phone. The shuttle is a white van with red lettering, and reads PubHouse across the windows of the van.
As for booking a room with a view, one side of the hotel faces the mountain range, and the other the inlet, so you really can't go wrong either way. However, rooms are not typically assigned prior to a guests arrival, and therefore the room you get just depends on the hotels occupancy and your time of arrival. But when you are checking in, you may always request a high room facing which ever direction you prefer, and our desk agents are very good at accommodating requests the best they can.
