Charming hotel in the Boulder City historic district. Very clean, quiet, and comfortable room with great, cooked to order breakfast in the hotel dining room included, and helpful staff. Notable during our stay was Assistant Manager, Terry. The Boulder City/Hoover Dam Museum inside the hotel gives a great overview of the area and admission is also included with room reservation....

We stayed here on our way to Grand Canyon and it was great to see how so many original features of this hotel still remain. Room more than adequate. Desk staff very welcoming. Great breakfast. All in all a great stay. We will be back.

Read the recent review quoted above - we could not say it better! We must have had the same King suite room at the end of the corridor. We would add that the wifi was useless in the room (OK in the reception area). The person on reception had a detached zombie-like attitude and we wish we had ignored the...

We did a weekend getaway. Staying here felt mildly luxurious and steeped in history. Lovely staff; great breakfast and steps away from anything in downtown Boulder. You must check out the museum while there. And if you're lucky, someone will be playing the grand piano in the lobby while you're there enjoying the fire in the fireplace.

We loved our short stay at the Boulder Dam Hotel. The welcome from staff was wonderful and the hotel is a truly charming and relaxing environment. Sure it may not be for everyone, in these times when people expect a lot of space and glitz for their buck! However the Boulder Dam Hotel is a truly historic American hotel. It...

Our room was a king suite, only available room. It was at the end of the hall which would have been great for fresh air but the windows were painted shut and the room was very out dated and musty and strong chemical cleaning products. The fan was very loud which caused a bad night sleep for my husband. The...

Great little hotel but what made it for us were the staff. Whacky does not describe them well enough. The lady who checked us in and the server at breakfast were as mad as a March Hare - in a very pleasant/nice way. They were just brilliant and could not do enough for everyone. Great complimentary breakfast with plenty to...

This hotel is in the historic quarter of the city and is well positioned for access to local eateries. The hotel reception is impressive and has been preserved in its original style and is well maintained. The receptionist was very welcoming and informative. Our room was of adequate size, bearing in mind the era that it was build. A small...

Nicely restored historical hotel in the downtown historic district. Clean, comfortable room and very friendly and helpful staff. The included breakfast was very good and the dining room bright and airy. The historic museum in the building is very interesting. Short walk to restaurants and cafes, with lots of wonderful sculptures along the main street. Fun place to visit!
