we flew in super late so we didn't check in until after 1am, the night staff was amazing, rooms were clean, had a microwave and fridge. Only issue was breakfast was kind of disappointing. cereal, yougurt, nurtigrain bars and juice was all that was available. said they were in the middle of transitioning it so maybe it will be better in the future.

Hotel's Favourite
This was a second stay here for us. The first one was 4 years ago and again this June. Both stays were good. Everything was clean and staff was very pleasant and helpful. This trip we stayed at 4 different Best Westerns and this was the best out of all of them! Make sure you get your voucher for breakfast at the diner across the street. The food is delicious!

The room as adequate beds were comfortable pillow were too firm for either of us. The spa was closed but the pool was open. Parking is free and plenty of it. The Ice machine was working the first day but was not working the next 2 days. The breakfast choices were a little odd but there is a great restaurant across the street. Walking distance from downtown with lots of food and bars.

The Hoover Dam Motel is reasonably priced and quite clean. Our king sized room was amazing. Unfortunately, the elevator and hot tub were not in working order, and the grab-and-go breakfast was unappealing. That's the reason for the 4-star rating--otherwise, this was a great place, just off the cute downtown. There's a great little breakfast place about a block away.

Thank you for taking the time to give us this feedback, we really appreciate your time. Yes, we did have our elevator go down just before a very busy holiday weekend it is now up and running. Our jacuzzi is down for routine maintenance, it is usually pretty hot this time of year so we see it as a good opportunity to get it done. The grab and go is a temporary bridge until our full spread breakfast. We hope you'll join us again in the future to take advantage of these features.

Continental breakfast was a total disaster felt like I was getting a handout. Receive frozen Sandwich, hot orange juice, and in a paper bag.. felt front Desk were making excuses about the Breakfast , they weren't aware of on line booking

We had a great experience, spent two nights and front desk asked us at check in if we wanted room service - we LOVED this - because when we stay we usually have to remember to put out the "do not disturb" sign as we do not wish to be disturbed. A few times the sign has been removed (kids?) or we have forgotten. We were concerned that we would still get the tap on the door, but to our surprise we were not disturbed :0) this made us very happy!

Property was old and pictures on internet were most likely photoshopped. Generally clean but very tired and worn. Best part was the breakfast vouchers at the Diner across the street. Staff was hard working and wanted nothing but the best for their guests.

This is a great hotel to stay in. It has been remodeled over the years! The staff provides a great experience from check-in to check-out! The rooms are clean and cozy. The location is minutes from Hoover Dam. Breakfast is across the street at a little South West diner. We would stay there again!

We are from the UK and driving around the USA. For a 2 star hotel, we thought that this establishment offered excellent value for money. The staff were very helpful with tips on where to eat, the room was good and the beds were comfortable. Our only issue was that we had booked a breakfast and didn't get one due to some ownership change at that time!

I was satisfied, the room was clean and located in a nice area close to the Hoover end dam, I also liked the breakfast, you can get the breakfast included with the rate or use the credit to upgrade your breakfast, the pool is indoors
