I drove from St Paul to Omaha for a concert and I found this place on Hotels.com. It was super cheap and looked super nice so I went with it. From the moment we got there we loved it. It looked so nice and clean and the girl behind the desk ( Alaina) was so kind. Our room was awesome...

Right around the corner from omaha airport, staff very pleasant, room clean although the bathroom did not have a towel rack, two tvs and air conditioning units, breakfast ready at 4am, the beds were at opposite sides of a good size room. Recommend this hotel for your next stay.

We arrived and checked in with no issue. Once settled in our room we discovered one TV did not fully function because of the remote. The overnight front desk lady was helpful and nice but no solution was made. She offered to change rooms for us but I declined because of the late hour. They did get a remote to...

My first impression was that the lobby looked updated and there were two smiling front desk clerks behind the desk. Check in was swift and the room was clean and comfortable. I was shocked to learn that this property is thirty (?) years old because clearly they maintain it beautifully; one would never know. They accommodated my special requests and...

We had an early morning flight and needed something near the airport. With the College World Series and the Olympic Swim Team Trials in downtown Omaha, the pickings were slim. This was all that was available. Our room was worn out and dirty, especially the bathroom. All night long, I could hear the people in the rooms next to us...

This was our 1st time staying at a Sleep Inn and will definitely be the last. Disgusting room and bad service! For a non-smoking hotel, our room sure smelled like someone had been smoking in there. The desk area smelled like urine. There was a hole in the bathroom wall where it seems a fixture was supposed to be. The...

This was a decent place to stay, it was overpriced due to the College World Series and other events happening that weekend. Would probably pay half of what I paid on a normal day. Room was clean and pretty nice, bathroom could use some updating. Service was very good, got a free shuttle ride to the Old Market.

This hotel needs some updating, and more than daily type cleaning. There were dustballs on the sprinkler heads and vents, the toilet paper holder was rusty, and there was a general sense of this being an old lady in need of an overhaul. I used Booking.com for the first time to book this room, which was super easy. They accommodated...

This was exactly what we needed the night before our early flight. It had clean rooms and friendly staff. The hotel was very basic but comfortable. The only down side is that there is almost nothing close by to walk to if you don't have a car. The hotel is nice enough to offer a free shuttle into down town...

Well,,,,,we have seen worse. First, the good stuff: courteous staff; close to Eppley Field; free airport shuttle; 24 hour coffee in lobby; and, free breakfast. Now the not so good stuff: Room 107 on the small size, but, for one person fine; no fridge or microwave; wash hand basin drain needs cleaning because drains slowly; toilet roll holder broken and...
