My partner and I rolled off highway 72 around midnight and thought we'd call it a night. We had used to sometimes stop along this stretch and stay at a place called Lincoln Motel or something (?) but it must have closed or we couldn't find it. But this Route 66 place had always caught our eye, so we thought...

This is clearly a vintage Holiday Inn. Very well kept. Clean and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Biker friendly. Bar staff was great. This will be a regular place for me in Springfield. The air conditioner was working overtime and did ice up a little but the rooms were very nice and clean. The hall way was...

Ahhh where to start? We made reservations and limped in at 330am after a long day of road tripping....the man behind the desk was lackluster, rude and robotic. He was more interested in asking if we had pets than bothering to assist us in checking in. I asked for a late check out as we would be using the room...

To say that the hotel is dated is to avoid saying that it is passe. It should have been visited as a photo op rather than a place to stay. The only thing that it had was a cheap price for a very cheap experience. By far on an 8-night trip this was the worst free breakfast selection.

This hotel is really cool, and full of Route 66 memorabilia. The pool even has a Route 66 logo in it. The whole hotel was showing its age. It was shabby, and the hallways were super warm. Could've used some air conditioning in the hallways. Rooms were old but clean.

Lovely idea and very historic but seriously needs investment Room was extremely dated and the light socket was hanging off the wall Bed was old and mattress felt really lumpy Whole place was smelly and musty and the walkway to the rooms was on a slant which made you disorientated I loved the historic side and it's such a shame...

Very sad and disappointing. Lots of route 66 deco in lobby, but rooms are in great need of cleaning and maintenance. It shows a great lack of care by the owners. Could be a jewel if someone would care.

Stopped here for a night as part of our Route 66 road trip. Pretty neat place. Fairly cheap. Friendly owners. Pool is nice. Room was fairly clean , you really get what you expect when you book. Didn't eat or go in the bar area so couldn't comment on that. Ideal location also near fast food and a Walmart is...

I am not one to need 5 stars hotels. 1st room we were given smelled musty and the AC was terrible. Desk staff was accommodating and moved us. The second room was cooler but never got below 68, the carpet was warn and had large stains, neither room was what I would call clean. It is a good thing we...

Good location near the highway yet peaceful enough for a good nights sleep. Experience was like your standard Super 8 plus the cool memorabilia on display in the premises. Breakfast was quite standard for roadside motels.
