Beautiful hotel. Masks are strictly enforced. We had to fill affidavits tp register. Stayed one night with our tour group. Waterfront room with balcony and we could hear the Mediterranean waves. Breakfast at the terrace, no self service due to pandemic. I loved the tile decorations and pictures and the blue colors throughout the hotel.

For a four star hotel, it was surprisingly deserted when I got inside it for the first time. Ok, it was evening then, but the hotel is located in the outskirts of Milan, after all, and just above a huge shopping mall. When I got my room's key I found out that it was located in a different building, on the other side of a so-called "square", that actually is little more than a parking lot on the roof of the mall, with just some lawn areas, and very poorly lit. That night it was cold and windy, so when I crossed the square and went to the other building I felt it was a spooky place, with nearly no people around. The room was ok, clean and wide enough for a typical four star hotel. When I went out to have dinner in the hotel restaurant I had to cross the square once again, into the cold and windy night. In the restaurant there were very few patrons and no waiter at that moment. I waited a few minutes then I went away, thinking that I could have something in the mall, downstairs. But it was nine p.m. and I found out that the mall was closing, so I had to get back to the hotel restaurant and asked the receptioniat to have someone paying attention to me. I had dinner in a nearly deserted hotel restaurant, not bad but with a limited choice of dishes and a bit too salty a cuisine. Kind staff, although with a limited knowledge of the Italian language. Good international breakfast. All in all the hotel is reasonably comfortable and its services work but the feeling you go away with is that, more than an authentic hotel, it looks like an initiative made mostly as a real estate investment.

the room was ok, well cleaned in a decent condition. Missed the coffeemaker on the room The elevator was quiet slow. The breakfast was bad, the coffee is not good, Most of the stuff is industrial made food withhout any taste (ham/cheese) or bad taste (yoghurt, croissant)

Free breakfast and parking. Fairly close to the centre, to the Duomo cathedral and outlets. My only concern is that our hotel bathroom keeps getting flooded, possibly because I shower and don't take baths... the bathtub is only half-enclosed with glass. Overall, it's a good enough deal for the amount you pay.

We were asked to pay extra for a cot - have never been asked to do this in any other hotel, it has always been added for free. In the end the baby slept in our bed.Bath was a bit rusty as well, with some hair in the drain. Good location and extremely friendly staff.
