The room was super clean and cozy and the house is very beautiful. The only comment I have to make is the following: it's not a real B&B because you don't have breakfast. Apart from that, it was perfect and well located, just 500m from a the red line.

I've stayed here several times now, and just the fact that I keep coming back shows how much I like it. The location is excellent, close to a subway stop, easy walk to Harvard Square and the Harvard museums, wonderful restaurants all around. It's a quiet neighborhood too. Lovely big rooms with full bathrooms, sitting areas, and spa tubs in...

This was the perfect place to stay in Boston. It was located in a nice neighborhood and the accomodations were excellent. The host was so friendly and welcoming and it was an easy walk to public transportation. I would definately stay here again and recommend it to family and friends!

Great stay at this cozy remodeled home. Location can't be beat! As our first trip to Boston, I was worried about noise and convenience since we were in Cambridge between two universities (Harvard/MIT). The neighborhood is very quiet at night and helped us to sleep easily. We rented a car, and was concerned about parking. Fortunately we were the only...

We recently spent 8 nights in this lovely vacation rental. We stayed in Room 3 which is the smaller of the 3 but it worked out great for us. The location was very clean, comfortable, spacious and in a safe area. We had kitchen and laundry privileges, which was a plus. The bathroom had a garden tub which was great...

Very clean & having kitchen privileges was a plus. On the downside, we are an elderly couple & not having a grab bar in the bathtub/shower is a safety issue. Our room did not have a thermostat, so we could not control the temp, too warm for sleeping in August. Having a TV was nice but it had only basic...

This is a good note to guests who need accommodations for those who need special amenities. Being a home vs. a hotel we like to have our prospective guests read about our accommodations to be sure it is appropriate for them.

Pros: Feels more like a home than a B&B/hotel. Perfectly located between Harvard and MIT in a quiet residiential street. Everything in walking distance: Whole Foods on Prospect St, further shops/restaurants/bars on Mass Ave near Central station. Well equipped kitchen with all mod cons. House has AC. (Minor) Cons: AC for the bedrooms can only be regulated in bedroom 1....

This was my first "guest house" experience. Stayed in room 2. It was very clean, comfortable and spacious. The private bath was very nice. The house has a big kitchen and living room that the guests can use. Booking was easy and they info they provide for arrival was easy. The location is in a cute neighborhood. We really enjoyed...

We just returned from a trip to Boston. I had used Bed & Breakfast Associates Bay Colony once, about 5 years ago, and was very happy with the B&B I booked with them. Once again we were not disappointed! The home was clean, comfortable & inviting. There are 3 rooms that can be rented separately by different parties at the...

The accommodation is a B & B setting that is not hosted; with three suites and full use of the common areas. Free parking on the street with a permit and 2 parking slots on the property. Lovely restored historic home in a residential neighborhood.

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
This spacious and luxurious home is one of our finest Cambridge accommodations. The house has been fully renovated and decorated with a sophisticated eye and high-end materials. There are two guest rooms on the second floor. Occasionally a 3rd room can be rented on the third floor. Each has a private bath and a Jacuzzi. In addition to the lovely Cambridge vacation rental rooms you may use the first floor common area, with a living room, dining room and kitchen. Guests often enjoy a pretty front porch on the second floor and a back deck. There is also an air mattress for each room. It is just a 5-minute walk to the Central Square subway and one stop to Harvard or MIT. Or walk 15 minutes to MIT or 18 minutes to Harvard. There are two off street parking spaces and a permit is provided for one on-street parking for a larger car. They must be reserved. In winter, we rent these rooms monthly unless it is short notice. ... more   less
