We headed into Boston for an over night trip and I was fortunate enough to find a great price. First I have to say when parked in the garage and heading to registration we ran into a nice young girl in the elevator and struck up a conversation with her. When we got through the line at registration it was...

This is awesome, thanks for sharing! Meghan is a great concierge, and I will make sure she is recognized for her efforts! I am so happy you enjoyed your stay and we can't wait to have you back...oh, and next time just request that coffee maker and we will have one in your room waiting for your wife :-) Thanks...

First of all, I think the Klimpton Brand tries to provide a more personable service than other mid-range hotels. And, it mainly succeeds, with most of the staff being very friendly and helpful. The style is quirky and sets the Brand apart from the "others". We chose the hotel because of its location to a conference, we wouldn't chose Hotel...

Thanks for the comments, I appreciate your feedback. We very rarely get anything but positive feedback about our furnishing and style, but it is important to know what all of our guests think. Thanks again and hopefully you will give Kimpton (no L), another shot. Thanks, Joe Capalbo General Manager joe.capalbo@hotelmarlowe.com

We stay at Hotel Marlowe in Cambridge-Boston for 4 nights at August 2013. We went there for a conference. The hotel is very nice, clean, friendly staff and great area! The rooms are big and clean with all the amenities you need. My only complaint it was the mattress and pillows, they were uncomfortable and we didn't enjoy too much...

I can't get enough of this hotel! I was in Boston again for a week and despite another hotel being the "host hotel" for the event I attended, I chose to rather stay at the Marlowe. The hotel has a charm like no other.....from the wall paper, carpet, room amenities and robes, they have thought of everything to make the...

We stayed at the Hotel Marlowe this past weekend and really enjoyed our stay. Nicely appointed rooms, very comfortable beds, good location. We noticed that all of the staff said hello and were very friendly - from the guys who met our car at the door, to the people cleaning the rooms. They seemed happy to see us, and happy...

This was our second stay at The Marlowe and we were, once again, very happy with the choice. The room was clean and very comfortable (one almost disappears in the mattress topper!), the staff friendly and the location handy for the mall (which can be accessed from the hotel) and not too far to walk to the subway station to...

Hotel Marlowe is our absolute favorite! The staff couldn't be any more warm and inviting- they always make us feel right at home. My boyfriend graduated from the Police Academy, and we came to celebrate with a night away before his schedule gets too crazy. Upon our arrival, they congratulated my boyfriend and welcomed us back. Everyone was so sweet,...

Our stay at the Marlowe was extremely pleasant. The friendly staff went out of their way to make us welcome and seemed eager to do everything they could to make our visit enjoyable. What a beautiful hotel with handsomely appointed rooms. While the hotel is on the road next to the river, you cannot see the river from the hotel. If you have a room overlooking the park, you can see the inlet. A great view it is. There are bikes and kayaks to borrow (we did) a mall attached (Galleria) and walking...
