It's a nice hotel, nothing special and def not a 4 start hotel. rooms are clean and the staff is very gentle and professional. the breakfast was nothing special. tho they sold me a room like it was a special room with a balcony which was great, but they didn't say the balcony was facing a parking lot, and the AirCon machine for the hotel.

Good hotel in the centre of Tortolì with shops/bars in the high street. Quite inside the room considering it is on a main road. Breakfast was good. Room was very clean and well maintained. The staff are very polite and welcoming. Would recommend.

This was our favourite hotel during a recent Sardinia road trip holiday. Good sized room and bathroom with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.Room was immaculately cleaned everyday. Breakfast was included in our room price and it was a very good buffet selection. Other plus points included a good outside pool and terrace and a carpark for guests. Staff were very helpful. Hotel is linked with a local campsite that backs onto a glorious beach. Hotel guests are given passes to access the site and we spent a day on the beach which was very quiet as it was near the end of the season. Could not believe how reasonably priced the hotel was!

This hotel is about a two hour drive from Cagliari airport. We loved our stay in a family room. The only gripe is the bathroom/ shower area is a little small. Otherwise it is excellent value for money. The front desk staff spoke English, Theresa was charming and so helpful. Kirsten, our favourite staff member spoke excellent English and was such a delight. She made our stay exceptional. Housekeeping did a beautiful job and the pool was always clean. There is bar service but no chair service by the pool (it was open mid-sept) . The location is excellent and there are many restaurants, pharmacy, clothes shops and supermarkets (Conrad) surrounding the hotel. Tortoli makes an excellent base as it is close to the motorway making it easy to explore the region by car (easy acces to Nuroro, Orgosolo, Oliena, Dorgali etc etc. We also used Charter Sardinia for boat hire, they operate out of Arbatax just 5 minutes up the road. Stayed in the family room , 3 nights, adults plus 2 kids aged 9 and 10 Overall this hotel is excellent value for money. We chose the town of Tortoli so we could do a boat trip to see the beautiful coastline from Arbatax north ; and to the drive through Nuoro and nearby towns of Orgosolo and Oliena Room was comfortable , king bed (I think) and 2 singles for the kids. Lots of room in the main bedroom for luggage. Rooms a bit dated but clean and comfortable. One drawback is the small bathroom. Very narrow entry into the shower ! The staff were very helpful. Thank you to Theresa and also Kirsten who looks after you at breakfast. Breakfast was basic but more than adequate. Decent coffee machine was a bonus. Cereals , cakes , yoghurt , toast , cold meats and cheeses and you could boil your own eggs if desired. We got some use of the pool. In fact only ones who did - probably because we enjoyed swimming in the rain ! You can hire pool towels at €5 for the stay but we found ourselves returning them each day as they wouldn’t dry so had to cough up another €5 for a towel. So if you can bring your own towel ! No pool service but you could go inside and order drinks and bring them back to the pool. Parking is at the rear of the property. In summer I suspect it will be difficult to get a spot but we had no issues in September. Heaps of choices for eating out on the Main Street. Our favourite was the bakery next door which also served hot meals and salads for lunch, coffee and pastries and was open for dinner. Pane Dolce was the name Free wifi worked very well. Never any problem We had a good experience at the Orri hotel , location good , rooms clean, great staff. Suitable for families but also saw many couples stay here too (in fact we were he only family I suspect ) Thumbs up for the Orri hotel. …
