My wife and I had a wonderful stay here for 4 days in mid-September. Really away from it all. We stayed in a beautiful and characterful room decorated in pale blue with real and trompe l'oeil draperie (all rooms are individually decorated), and with French windows opening onto a balcony with table & chairs. This gave out onto a panoramic...

We can't say enough about this beautiful place to stay. It's not marble and glass, it's instead an invitation to a home that's been decorated by someone who has collected loved treasures! Each room is done in lush color and each filled with just the right combination of pictures and curios that makes you feel as if you are staying...

Off the highway by a couple of miles, this hotel grants what I can only call a pristine Tuscan experience. It has a rural atmosphere in an incredibly comfortable and beautiful setting at a very good location for day trips. Arriving at our room, as my wife opened the windows she said: "is this view a painting?". Indeed, the panorama...

I arrived in the heart of romance country a single weary traveller and was graciously embraced by the Hotelito Lupaia. My travel partner had cancelled at the last minute and I arrived shaky (hadn't driven a standard in 15 years), fairly sick and alone and the staff accommodated, well more than accommodated, all of my needs and helped me with...

The Lupaia is strategically well placed (very close to Montepulciano). If you plan to visit the surroundings (Firenze, Siena ... ), everything can be reached within roughly 60 minutes, which makes the Lupaia an excellent "home-base". Rooms are romantic and nicely decorated, very clean and provide a good rest after a day fool of visits. If you come home early,...

Beautifully done up boutique hotel that has the feel of kits if mini private accommodations as our room had its own little garden. Beautiful grounds and pool and delicious cakes at breakfast. Explore some wonderful local restaurants as well.

This was the most amazing and beautiful place I have ever been. I am a pretty picky person when it comes to staying at Hotels, Inns, B & B's etc. Driving down the dirt road to get to this Hotelito felt like it would take forever, but it was worth it!!! following the rustic, hand painted signs we pulled in...

I always see big things from the little things, The Lupaia is just an amazing piece of Tuscany. They make sure every little thing is perfect, from the fresh ricotta to changing every day the flowers at the dinner table. The garden, the view, the food, the people really everything is so beautiful. Me and my family really enjoy everything...

In all my travels, I haven't found another hotel like this. Lupaia was exquisite, stunningly beautiful--grounds, rooms and surrounding area--but situated in the countryside for tranquility. We were looking for a "Luxury Agroturismo" and that is exactly what we got. The rooms are up to par--and certainly more beautiful--than any four or five star hotel. Our party of three stayed...

A sweet hotel in a lovely area. Great views, very nice pool area, friendly staff.... Nice breakfast.... The negatives - rooms are ok but not wow, wifi only in lobby and the dinner in hotel is nothing great so often ate out...but over all an enjoyable stay and would happily go back.
