We stayed her for a week & it was a lovely stay. The room was spacious with a small living area & we had 2 balcony areas which we enjoyed relaxing on nightly. There is also a complimentary mini fridge filled for you to enjoy. The staff her are very friendly & attentive constantly fulfilling your wishes. Every morning there was a good selection for breakfast, whether you enjoy fruit, pastries or a cooked breakfast there was a lot to choose from. The roof top pool is the perfect place to relax & it was never too busy up there, we would go up around midday & there would still be lots of sun bed choices. As for evening food we didn’t try the restaurant however ordered a beef ragu dish for room service one evening which was lovely. The only thing I think could be improved is from house keeping, I can’t fault them in their cleaning skills however on multiple occasions they had left their dirty cleaning rags in the room & on one occasion on top of our clean clothes. I think it’s a great mid budget option that feels luxurious & would definitely stay again.

We are currently at the hotel - room 306 - half way through our holiday. The hotel is a newly built property that has not been opened very long and, as such, there are a couple of teething problems that the staff are working exceedingly hard to resolve. An initial problem with our terms of booking, a problem that originated with Expedia not the hotel, was dealt with in minutes by Marina at reception and her manager. Similarly, a problem with our room water supply, saw a team of plumbers resolve matters immediately. The hotel is a beautiful building. My husband and I are staying in a Junior Suite and it is immaculate. The room has been cleaned daily, towels changed etc. with complete fresh bedding after 3 days. The swimming pool on the roof terrace is immaculate with magnificent views, and all the staff there very attentive to your needs and provide a very friendly service. The restaurant is again immaculate with spectacular views. The restaurant supervisor is lovely and welcoming. The food is excellent, and again, every waiter is friendly and helpful. They cannot do enough to help you. A point to note,if you are arriving by hire car, is that the two floor underground is not open at the moment and sometimes parking around the hotel can be tight. However, my husband and I would return in a heartbeat!!! We are currently relaxing on the pool terrace, looking forward to our dinner at Alta Cucine.

Just came back from a wonderful vacation in Malta, we stayed at brand new Best Western Premier Malta, and I’m not going to lie before arriving we were worried if this hotel is real, as pictures on the website were still digital, but when we arrived all worries were immediately blown away. From first step in, we were met by a welcoming smile of a lovely receptionist, then she informed us about complimentary room upgrade and we were given a Junior Side Sea View Suite on the 8th floor. Dream holiday began. Great food, drinks, gym, we were also surprised to find leisure room and billiard table, where my partner enjoyed spending evenings. New and fresh, modern design throughout the hotel. Views from outdoor pool deck took my breath away, I spent most of my time up there. My room mini bar was filled complimentary, rooms have robes, slippers and all the extras you can imagine, they even offer you to order a pillow from special menu! Whoever is planning to stay in the area, this is the hotel to choose.

We stayed her late July. Wonderful new hotel with great staff and service. We stayed at the Junior Suites which were nice and big, air-conditioned and with a larger bathroom and shower. We also enjoyed the large balcony from which you can see the bay (around the corner). Breakfast is very good, plenty of choices and continuously being restocked. The restaurant is on the 9th floor offering a nice view of the bay and surrounding area. The rooftop swimming pool is great, over 25m long and 1,20m deep. Great for doing laps or just hanging out. The infinity edge is very nice to hang on especially with a nice cocktail from the swim-up bar. The bar also offers food which can be had at your sun bed or at a few tables on the other side of the bar. When we were there they were still finishing the area above the bar which will have more beds in the shade. But already there were plenty of beds for the number of guests. Parking is under the hotel with limited spaces but we never had an issue finding a spot. Location is good with a small walk to the promenade for some restaurants and bars. Buggiba is also at walking distance, albeit a bit further away. Here are more places to eat and drink. All-in-all a great hotel for a great stay!

My husband and I returned yesterday from room 218 at BWP in Malta. The staff here are a real asset to this hotel, all of the staff but in particular Deepak, Regi and Sofi in the dining room on level 9 - attentive, friendly and super professional ! They were a joy to meet and were one of our many highlights at this hotel. The food was exceptional on the half board a la carte menu with a change in menu every day. Breakfast was plentiful with everything you could want. The hotel has its own pastry chef - enough said !! The hotel is spotlessly clean as is the rooftop pool and bar, this is a lovely area to relax with plenty sunbeds and large umbrellas for cover if needed. We didnt eat at the pool bar but all of the meals which we saw being delivered looked and smelled excellent too. Any request made to Reception is dealt with immediately and nothing is too much trouble for anyone here. Thank you so much BWP, Malta we will definitely return and in fact we are considering another lovely week in the sun here in November.

My daughter loves family gatherings and booked us this hotel so we could all be together abroad. A party of 8; My wife and I, my eldest daughter and her husband, second daughter and her husband, third daughter and son. A very lovely welcome from the reception team and very well presented - immaculately dressed, reception was spotless and very well presented. So clean and looked as if was a brand new opening- been open for a long time. Nothing was too much, made sure each individual was attended to. Made us aware of all facilities and any issues were resolved without making you feel awkward. My daughters room card deactivated, as you are not supposed to put them with your mobile phone. The receptionist, I think her name was Marie/ Maria, was so amazing as she corrected the issue and made my daughter feel at ease that things like this happen. The rooftop pool is amazing and has a pool bar where you can swim up to and get drinks. Very popular sun louger area to enjoy a time to relax. On ground floor, area to relax, play pool or table football, an array of reading literature. A great hotel that is so close to the sea. Staff always acknowledge you as you enter, even if they are working on their desks - well done, makes you feel very welcome and not just a guest passing through reception. Highly recommend this hotel and 5* to staff.

Great Hotel with amazing service we arrived late and the receptionist let us go and eat dinner while everything was sorted with our rooms and baggage. The restaurant has great food and the staff there are very knowledgeable and provide a great atmosphere for everyone during dinner and breakfast. Management is excellent and it is very clean . I will definitely recommend this hotel to families going to Malta, also a good location with plenty to do.

The hotel is nice but there are two major flaws. First, the breakfast experience is pretty bad. Breakfast ends at 10 am which is too early (imo) for a holiday hotel. Much worse is that the staff shuts down one of two coffee machines (and the orange juice press) at 9:20 am. Afterwards there are endless queues at the other machine and a lot of annoyed guests. Nevermind that the other coffee machine enters a cleansing loop at 9:30 am … Second, the rooftop pool area is nice as well but not useful for relaxing. It gets blasted with very loud music the whole day. Forget sleeping up there. If you don’t mind early breakfast and don’t need a pool area to relax, this place is nice. For us it became an acquired taste…

My wife and I have just returned from spending 2 weeks at this hotel . I'm trying to find words that describe what is good about it. I've just realised which words i'm looking for......ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING. We have travelled to numerous countries over the past 40-50 years and stayed in many many hotels but our experience at this hotel surpasses them all. The staff at reception, Marine, Maja and their colleagues were always most helpful when asked for information or sorting a small problem. The staff in the dining room, Subina and Nikesh in particular were most friendly and helpful and together with their colleagues helped make dining there a complete pleasure. The food choice was amazing, both the buffet breakfast and the a la carte evening meal. The room (and particular the bed) was massive with all the amenities you needed. We would definitly recommend this hotel to anybody who wanted a stressless stay in Malta.
