We moved into this hotel from the hotel we originally were staying at. We were roped in basically but a man on the street who the hotel managers pay to start luring people into this timeshare cobblers. All sounds very good when they start talking about it but fail to tell you you have to pay for your flights! You...

Some of the reviews I`ve read this evening have really shocked me. I would agree that the sales staff, but the hotel staff ?? My wife and I asked about a firework festival which we`d seen elsewhere. Daniel, the so called "rude receptionist" checked it out on the computer, and before we knew it, it was sorted for us, and...

excellent facilities and helpful staff. the food was well cooked to order no buffet style here. the george cross breakfast is a little on the large side for me but certainly good value. Lovely rooms and excellent maid service led to a relaxing visit.

When we were speaking to Liz we repeatedly got quizzed about our age (which became clear after why) which we thought was weird. When we had finished speaking to Liz the manager Sean came over to 'close...

I was shocked at the rudeness directed at my mother by a staff member when she inquired about the wifi service she was sold upon arrival, being spotty. The hotel receptionist, named Daniel, responded with 'it's not my problem' and basically told her to deal with it because he took no responsibility for goods that his employer sold to guests....

The cleaning staff were honest and competent . The other staff were fine ,however the noise from dogs kept in a private residence at the rear of the hotel ruined the holiday. From about 7.00 am through the day till 8.00 pm ,sometimes up till 11.00 pm ,the constant barking was appalling. I was told as the dogs were in...
