We stayed for 5nights for our anniversary, the hotel was spotless our apartment was well appointed with everything you could wish for for self catering. The bed was so comfortable and loads of room in The bedroom for clothes, cases etc. Bathroom was really big with a lovely shower. The Hotel staff were really lovely and helpful arranged flowers and bubbles for us on arrival. Very knowledgeable staff regarding where to visit and the buses to use. The Hotel is Conveniently situated for the local bus station you could get bus passes at the hotel really reasonable prices. Taxi was arranged for arrival and departure and emails to the hotel were always answered very quickly. We booked bed & breakfast and the breakfast was amazing, loads of choice plus a cooked option, again everywhere spotlessly clean. There is a Chinese across the road from the hotel where the good was really good and a really lovely restaurant around the corner called Surf&Turf If you want something a bit more special. If we were to visit Malta again we would definitely choose Park Lane

I was a 3 night guest in February 2020. The strong part is how friendly the hotel staff members were. The room is small (I chose a small room because I was alone), but it is a great bed, extremely comfortable. TV Sat with most channels in Arabic, some in English and French. The bathroom was clean, with shower. Breakfast is fresh, enough, if someone wants English, breakfast they prepare them on the spot. Very close to the end of the bus line (there are routes to all directions). I felt great at the Park Lane Aparthotel and would come back anytime. Thanks.

We’ve stayed in many 5* hotels and they could sure use some training and tips from the amazing team at Park Lane! The staff were beyond personal, nothing was ever a problem (including a lost air con remote our one year old hid at 10pm), the staff are super friendly and completely solution oriented ensuring all guests were kept safe during these tough times. Everything is thoroughly cleaned and sanitised, including keys, there’s a good visible presence of sanitisation of chairs etc in the beautifully designed lobby throughout the day. We cannot thank Park Lane enough for providing us with a superb stay and for keeping us safe - we cannot wait to be back and to recommend the place to our friends. See you soon! Booked these apartments directly through their website. Dealt with Liz who was so helpful and made everything so easy. She rang to clarify a few things and we had to change some of the bookings due to circumstances beyond our control. Liz couldn't have been more helpful and it was lovely to meet her finally when we checked in. The staff at the apartments were all lovely and we got some great tips re places to eat, beach to visit etc. Monkia sent us an email after arrival with links to some lovely places to eat. The apartment we stayed in could sleep 7, they are spotless and so well equipped plus all rooms have air conditioning. We were delighted to find that beach towels had been provided as well for us. The location is very central, short walk to the bus terminal, few minutes further on to the prom and a lovely walk to the square where there was great music and dancing on Friday night. We definitely need to revisit and spend longer next time.

We returned once again to Park Lane having been once a year at least since 2004. This hotel never fails to amaze me with the helpful, friendly and professional manner in which all members of staff show towards their guests. During this particularly difficult time all restrictions and rules and regulations were followed and explained fully to keep us and the staff safe.
On arrival we were informed that our son arriving the following week had been given an upgrade to apartment adjacent to penthouse with direct access to pool which was greatly appreciated
Plenty of restaurants near hotel with varied options and prices to suit all budgets
Sorry to be going home tomorrow but we will be back 2021 all going well. This hotel is so popular we booked our 2021 holiday last August 2019 so we could get penthouse which we absolutely love ❤ and the beautiful sunsets every night were amazing

We stayed for 9 nights in September, to celebrate my partner's significant birthday. Before we arrived they had organised a cake and bottle of fizz. Everyone, from the front-of-house staff to the chef and the cleaners were absolutely lovely and couldn't do enough to help us. All were mindful of social distancing and cleanliness measures and we felt very safe. The advice we received in terms of attractions, places to visit and dine were spot on. I can see why so many choose to return to this hotel. It's very well run but it's the staff that really make it special.

We have just returned from 11 nights at this hotel, what a great find!! Hotel is really lovely. We had a superior apartment which was perfect. Huge comfy bed, changed regularly. Kitchen with washing up liquid/sponge/tea towel, cooking utensils if you fancy! Pool area is well maintained and scenic and very welcome when you’ve been out in the sun, beach towels also provided in your room. The staff, well they are just so lovely day or night they shine. Ladies you are a credit to the hotel!! Nothing is too much and always so friendly and helpful. Beautiful lady called Rashida (hope I’ve spelt it right) cleaned our room everyday, thank you. Near sea front and supermarket and lots of places to eat or drink. Area was not noisy. Perfect holiday thank you 😘

This place was recommended to us by a friend. We arrived after 11:30pm, but no worries, the welcome was warm and friendly.
We were taken to our room and shown the facilities, in particular, the filtered water system allowing you to drink the tap water without any concerns.
We were very impressed with the room - 3 large space areas with AC in the main living/dining room and ceiling fan in the bedroom. The living/dining room has a kitchen area with an oven and hob; microwave and washing area. There’s a large flatscreen TV with access to Netflix and Prime along with a balcony.
The bedroom is huge and the bed was so comfortable. Usually, when on holiday, you can’t wait to get back home too your own bed, but now with this one.
The bathroom is spacious and well stocked, with a decent sized shower. There is a rooftop pool with great views over St Paul’s Bay and the surrounding area.
I have mutually had some problems accessing the WiFi, but it turned out to be an issue with the settings on my mobile. After I had sorted that, the WiFi service was great.
The staff are so friendly and always had time for a chat, give advice and help in anyway they can. The breakfast menu is very good, albeit due to other commitments, we only had time to make use of it a few times over the two week stay.
My only negative and it’s not a big one, is the lift being a bit slow. However, we were so relaxed and chilled, it wasn’t a real problem and I’m nitpicking.
Would I come back? 100%. Access to bars and restaurants is exceptional and you get good advice on which are the best too.
I will definitely book again in our next trip.

It was an absolute pleasure staying at Park Lane Boutique. The staff were all so kind and helpful. They were very accommodating of some last minute changes we had to do on our booking. When we arrived they helped us plan our week so we could do all the site-seeing we wanted to do. They also helped with airport shuttle bookings. We included the grocery starter pack with our booking and this was really helpful. The hotel location is excellent. There is a bus terminus 3min walk from the hotel and the National Aquarium is about 10mins away. The waterfront is 5 min away. There are plenty of eating places nearby and also a couple of local supermarkets. We are definitely planning to visit Malta again and we will be staying here again. A big thank you again to all the staff at Park Lane Boutique!

Park Lane made our trip a great experience. We were living in a 2 guests studio, which was really comfortable, quite spacious. We were equipped with everything we could possibly need - all necessary kitchen utensils were available, we even found 2 bottles of welcome water in the fridge and ice cubes in the freezer. Staff is so nice and helpful, ready to chat away if you feel like it. Cleaning service was also really good, we were always coming back to clean floors and shower unit, as well as fresh towels. The area is filled with tourists like ourselves, but we were surprised how quiet it gets on the outside of the hotel around 11 pm. You can get really good night sleep! Also Bugibba is so lovely - coast is really near the hotel, about 5 minutes walking distance, and there's a lot of restaurants in the area worth visiting, like The Blaze just next to the hotel, great place with good prices. We truly enjoyed the stay, and can recommend it without a doubt :)

Yes, laundry room is available (washing machine and drier). This may be booked from front desk against a small fee.
Also available is an option to drop laundry bag with clothes at front desk and this will be returned clean in less than 24 hrs. Charge depends on load.

Toddler friendly- yes. Gluten free food will probably be available but if not there are plenty of nearby supermarkets where you can buy stuff and you will be able to cook it in your apartment
They are plenty sunbeds available for guests to use so no need to worry.
The hotel caters for all so children may be present during summer vacation. By virtue of name the hotel rooms are bigger than your regular hotel and do cater for families. The rooms tend to have a kitchenette and seperate lounge with balcony. The bedroom in some are seperate with tv and plenty storage.
Overall you need not worry, just turn up and you won't be dissappointed. Hope you have a wonderful trip.
No. Beaches are shingle and rock. The Dolmen hotel (across from beach are ) has its own man made beach.
The nearest easy to get to beach. (sandy ) is Melieha. Bus 15 mins. Bus just down the road from hotel.
