I had booked a 2 week holiday here and forgotten it was over Easter so there were many children, so it was noisy. Luckily we were on the 4th floor and overlooking the back so avoided people and traffic noise and had the afternoon sun on the balcony. The food was good and all selfservice but the Coral Cove restaurant...

Stayed as a family of 3 in a family sea view suite for 2 weeks HB+ over Easter. Arrived late and check in was easy and well managed. Reception staff helpful throughout. Room large, clean and modern. Well cleaned and towels changed daily. Balconies don't get the evening sun so if you're after this it's better not to get a...

My boyfriend and I stayed one night in this hotel and it was great. The room was really clean and tidy. The hotel is located near the seaside, so the view was amazing from the balcony. The morning buffet came with varieties of choices, it was awesome! Nice staying and totally recommended!

I arrived here for a 21 day holiday on 4th April on a half board plus package through Mercury Direct. On arrival I was informed by the very helpful reception staff the room allocated me would not be ready until 1500 hours and unfortunately it was not on the top floor as requested but on the third floor, however I...

Hotel staff from reception to cleaners are all very friendly. The rooms are lovely and clean and tidy. the fridge in the room wasn't very cold, but served a purpose for water. Just by way of background, my wife and I are in our mid-30s. After being on the go and working hard since November 16 we decided to book an all inclusive somewhere sunny to just relax for a week. Our experience: 1. Room. Spacious. Comfortable beds (twin beds were slightly irksome). Nice balcony facing the sea. Decent shower although the...

We thank you for reviewing our hotel and appreciate your long description. Of course we would have preferred that you told us immediately on the day your room was not cleaned up to your expectations. All our staff receive the same amount of training and standards should not be haphazard. Indeed it is sometimes advisable to walk a few minutes...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
The Seashells Resort at Suncrest has been a leading 4 star hotel on the Maltese Islands since its very first days and has kept its tradition of hospitality within the AX group throughout the years. We decided that it was time to give the Qawra hotel a face-lift so during the winter months the hotel underwent an extensive renovation programme. Its doors will re-open again on the 1st of April 2015. The new face of the Seashells Resort at Suncrest, your number one resort for individual, corporate and family travel. The property is conveniently located on the Salina to St Paul's Bay Promenade, merely a few minutes' walk away from the National Aquarium. You can make use of the very handy bus stop that is situated just opposite the hotel entrance. Take a left outside the hotel and you will immediately start walking towards all the hustle and bustle of Bugibba and Qawra, the main tourist hub on the island. Take a right and you'll be heading out on to the coast road for a 20 minute drive to St Julian's to enjoy the most popular night life spot in Malta. The hotel is located on the seafront for fantastic views of the Mediterranean and the best sunrise anyone could hope to wake up to. ... more   less
