Yet another visit to the Soreda and I was not disappointed. Still really clean and staff very helpful. There seems to be a continuing effort to redecorate the hotel without inconveniencing guests. Pleased with the food which was plentiful and with a good selection. Room...More
Stayed at this hotel for a much needed break away early November. Had read the reviews and all seemed 50/50.
Hotel itself is relatively clean and the staff I found were all pretty friendly.
So I'll keep it short. ...good points.....

All the staff were welcoming and friendly except for one waiter who had the grumps in the morning.
We were all in and found the food was fine with plenty of choice. The buffet style eating suited us but often did not require lunch. Our...More

Hi, fairly certain all rooms have a fridge and tea & coffee making. The cleaners replenish the tea bags etc. every day, in fact you will have a hard time keeping them out ha ha ! They are most keen and persistent to get into the room and freshen it up every day, so if you want a lie put the do not disturb sign up.
Seem to recall the safe deposit and price was quite expensive, so we did not bother with it, it is a big hotel and Malta was really safe and friendly so we just hid things in room, absolutely no problems whatsoever.
Breakfast is 7 till 10 and evening meal 6 till 9. It was crowded unless you went early like at 7.30, but we did visit in the summer holiday season so will probably be ok when you are going.
