I am writing whilst still on holiday, at the hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with reasonably effective air-conditioning. The maid service is excellent. Some reviewers have said that the choice of food is limited, but as our family are not fussy eaters, we have not found the choice lacking. There is usually a couple of vegetarian options, as...

Right, most of staff all grumpy and no help at all, especially barman witch one working on a roof terrace he's always grumpy and looks that he shouldn't be in this industry cause the atmosphere he's giving to other people, even makes u feel uncomfortable and u don't wanna sit there or even go and ask for one more drink.......

Overall, the hotel was very good value for money. The all-inclusive offer was generous; the breakfast and dinner choices had a wide selection, offering plenty of drink choices, pastas, meats, desserts and the food quality was of a good standard. It was possible to arrange for a packed lunch at the reception to be eaten the following day, and the...

we arrived at the hotel and found the staff nice but thought it was not a four star, within a day of being there we learnt it was a hotel used by students and was quickly over-run with them. you couldnt get in the pools as it was full of studnts bouncing all over you and it was very intimidating...

Returned yesterday having spent 11 days at the Soreda. The hotel is spotless, staff friendly, food good and plenty of choice. We heard complaints about the students, the only day that I really noticed them was Sunday, they had no lessons, so stayed around the hotel, they did get a bit boisterous and were dealt with very promptly by the...

We can not fault this hotel. we stayed for two weeks 14.7.15 - 28.7.15 Our room was on the 4th floor overlooking the downstairs pool. A large room and spotlessly clean. The hotel staff were all so helpful and polite. We had trouble getting tickets for the Jazz festival and the head receptionist went on line booked and printed our...

We have just arrived back from our holiday at soreda. The Hotel is clean and the staff are very friendly. The food was good with lots of variety. The rooftop pool is lovely. My only criticism is there is not a lot for children only swimming which is fine if the pools weren't full of students that are not being...

Disappointing visit, the room 215 was not what we expected.I had sent an email explaining that we were returning to the Soreda again to celebrate our Golden Wedding.I received an email stating that they would make our stay memorable, well they certainly did that. The toilet was leaking all over the bathroom floor, they sent someone to fix it but they...

This hotel is big and very clean but it depends what you are looking for. If you are looking for a week in the sun then this place is it. If you are young then we found this hotel catered more for the older crowd. The entertainment was the same every night. .. different people but the same songs on...

This was our third visit and not our last. Everything about the hotel was amazing and perfect. Couldn't fault it in any way. Other hotels we have been to treated it only like a business which is what the Soreda is but they go a step further and make it like a family. To mention a few there was Grace,...
