Hi, fairly certain all rooms have a fridge and tea & coffee making. The cleaners replenish the tea bags etc. every day, in fact you will have a hard time keeping them out ha ha ! They are most keen and persistent to get into the room and freshen it up every day, so if you want a lie put the do not disturb sign up.
Seem to recall the safe deposit and price was quite expensive, so we did not bother with it, it is a big hotel and Malta was really safe and friendly so we just hid things in room, absolutely no problems whatsoever.
Breakfast is 7 till 10 and evening meal 6 till 9. It was crowded unless you went early like at 7.30, but we did visit in the summer holiday season so will probably be ok when you are going.
