Staff is super friendly. Rooms are big, decently clean but furniture and style is a bit old (it seems like rooms came straight from the 80s and never changed), even if still acceptable for the price they require in March. My room had a pretty nice balcony. You can't control heater, which is activated by the reception for every room. You can still ask to let that always on, but it's a bit uncomfortable cause sometimes it's even too hot in the room. Also would have been impractical to ask to turn it on /off every time we wanted to. Overall 6,5/10

Avoid the attached bar restaurant as prices are not the same as menu prices out of date, hotel bit dated but clean and great value for money. Bus passes recommend we saw most of the island .Bus terminus 2 mins away from the hotel and Bugibba is 5 mins walking with good value bars and restaurants. Mins and Rabat Sliema Ghadera Beach and best of all Valletta. Tasting cheese paztizzis are a most and gelatis and cakes are to die for .

Stayed here for 3 nights. Staff are friendly and helpful. I booked our return transfer through the hotel. Rooms are big as was the bathroom. We had a balcony over looking the pool. Good breakfast. Close to the bus station for buses to the rest of the island.

Arrived at this hotel, after a 'free ' pick up from the airport by a driver and his passenger who fell asleep the whole journey to arrive at this hotel. After hiking cases up five steps to reach a lift, and a hike down a dim corridor we reached our room. Well, the chair in the room had the underneath hanging down, only one set of towels for two people, bathroom shower was chest height on a 5ft 4 inch person, sink had one tap that dribbled, and one tap that turned around when you tried to use it. Safety deposit box dials came off in your hand, so couldn't use it. Free wi if for one item only. Ceiling in above shower falling to bits, balcony door didn't shut properly. Wouldn't stay, but argued for 'free lift and one night' although we were there for max 20 mins. Rude staff. Also pool was a small affair full of screaming kids in a courtyard, nothing like the pictures advertised. Cockroaches in the hall way.

The staff are lovely, the receptionist is so professional and the manager Saed is really responsive and friendly. The rooms are cleaned on a daily basis. Free wifi is available around by reception and the pool, and we could pick it up on the 4th floor too. You can get a cooked or continental breakfast. The location is ideal as you can walk to the beach and bars within a couple of minutes and the bus station is less than 1 minute away.

I have booked a family holiday for this hotel for 4 people in August. My flights have been cancelled due to coronavirus restrictions and I can’t fly out to Malta on the dates I have booked. I have contacted booking.com to try and cancel our room or rearrange. I was told by booking.com that the hotel had our money and they could do nothing. I was told by Euroclub that booking.com had our money and they could do nothing. I was given the option of cancelling the room for a cancellation fee. The fee was the full price of the room I have booked therefore £1400. It seems a bit unfair that I pay the full cost of my room for the hotel to cancel my booking then they can possibly fill that room again charging someone else £1400.

Guess I’m claiming on my travel insurance then. Will avoid this hotel in future and certainly won’t be using Booking.com either.

Above and beyond service from Jasmine at the reception, Ivan at the breakfast hall, Elvissa from housekeeping, and the hotel manager who was very involved, and supervised a truly international team of really hard workers. The facility is the best value you can get, with a swimming pool, restaurant, a supermarket right across, and the most incredible location if you’re travelling with kids. There are beaches, splashpads, playgrounds, a national aquarium, a gazillion restaurants, and a bus station to get you anywhere for 2EUR, all in a radius of less than 5 minutes. The only thing that was lacking was a dedicates working space, because internet was good in the common areas but not in the rooms. Had the greatest time.

Stayed here july 2019 after holidaying in malta for over 30 years and coming twice yearly. Still here atm but leave on sat 18th. Cannot praise the owners or the staff enough. Rooms spotless and we had all our needs catered for. Rooms very comfortable and the entertainment in the hotel bar and resteraunt gave us unforgettable fun moments. Even in the quiet month of Jan. Close to all bars and shops 2 min walk to bus station and to the promenade. Everything to hand. Will be booking our return in July to Euroclub. Just to say a massive thanks to everyone from the management to bar staff and cleaners. You helped to make our stay really special and we shall take home the memories you helped provide back to the uk. Take care and we shall see you in summer. Well worth booking in here folks. Ignore the negative views as we cannot fault it and in over 30 years we have stayed at many hotels but whenever we return it shall be with this Family owned hotel. Kind people who care about their customers. Thank you guys/gals

The staff of EuroClub Hotel is simply amazing. I was put in a dangerous situation in the hotel where I was originally supposed to stay so I had to change hotels on site. Jasmine, one of the receptionists in EuroClub Hotel, was one of the loveliest and most helpful people I have ever met. She was incredibly nice and helped me a lot, I will forever be grateful for her help. She basically saved my holiday from being ruined by the other hotel's conditions. Thank you so much again, Jasmine!! The entire front desk staff was wonderful and absolutely went the extra mile in every moment.

The location is also fantastic, the bus station is just 3 minutes away. You can visit any part of the island from there in under an hour.

This hotel is a great place to stay if you want a warm welcome, a relaxing, safe atmosphere and to do trips all around Malta from one location.

1 star because a minus isn't an option. the bed is so old there is a huge dip on 1 side. the pillows are the size of cushions and are full of crumbled lumps of foam, and there is no bedding.
in the bathroom there is mould everywhere , there's a hole in the wall sort of covered up by an electrical blanking plate, no bath plug, the ceilong tiles are crumbling l, the shower head is chest height, the "toiletries" are a large bottle of liquid soap and when you open the window its and internal view of pipework and someone else's bathroom.
the electric kettle is in desperate need of descaling, and the tea/coffee maker is a myth. both are completely irrelevant anyway as there is no tea or coffee....or even a cup!
sockets and light fittings are hanging off the wall or decommissioned by being filled with silicon.
the curtains are moth eaten, and the balcony does not lock.
the lift is clearly not subject to regular maintenance and is terrifying at best.
the staff seem disinterested in guests.
you are not allowed to take your room key away. you have to leave it at reception when you go out.

All evening meals were buffet style. You should know than tables are not set, you collect your own cutlery etc. Drinks have to be bought from the adjacent bar.
