When we arrived we were given our apartment and as soon as we entered the room we found a drawer in the kitchen infested with cockroaches, we phoned reception and a few minutes later a manager of someone came in our room with disbelief and he ordered a dark skinned guy to spray and remove cockroaches. He left us the...

We recall the incident and wish to affirm that the manager saw three very small insects when he visited the room. To state that it was an infestation is an exaggeration, especially as the whole hotel is treated each month for this kind of problem. Small insects like that can emerge at any time and are dealt with in the...

We booked a 3 night all inclusive stay at this hotel. Cost us very little maybe £45 a night so I wasnt expecting much. However a smiling receptionist would have been nice maybe she was having a bad day. our room was an apartment with a huge bathroom and nice kitchen, everything was nice and clean. Well worth the money...

We are pleased that you liked the spacious rooms. It was a pity that you did not choose to have the international brands we have on offer, like Glenfiddich, for example, or vodkas such as Stolichnaya and Smirnoff, both of which are in the bars. The restaurant offers a large menu, one which always has a fish dish as well...

When we arrived at this hotel and booked in at reception they demanded money from us straight away for some sort of local tax we were totally unaware of so that was a slap in the face. I wouldn't say the staff were unfriendly more, disinterested. The rooms were very basic but relatively clean. The aircon however was broken and...

Dear Melanie, It is a pity that you seem to have found everything wrong with the hotel and the surrounding facilities, though most people find plenty to entertain them and to give them some gastronomic joy. The hotel is in Tourist Street, so is ideally placed for the tourist to explore Bugibba and Qawra. Many of the restaurants nearby have...

Dear Judy, The restaurant has a full menu and most guests find plenty to satisfy them. The chef is also available to discuss personalized food requirements.
