I booked after reading the great reviews. This appears to be a great launch site for sportspeople. Many reviews mentioned Strider as a reason their stay went so well. I was looking forward to my stay.
Unfortunately, we had to cancel our reservation the day of our trip because of

Our room was excellent. Very clean and modern with a kitchen that had all the essentials. We actually stayed an extra night because we found it so nice. The owner, Strider, is great. She told us about all the best sights to see and helped us get there as well. We would stay

This hotel is geared to those going up or coming down out of the mountains. The breakfast is awesome and the hosts are comfortable with outdoorsy types! Not a fancy fru-fru hotel - but it is really a great little hotel! The cabins are a plus!

Prívate cabina, simply appointed but very comfortable. And the owner is both super helpful and a lovely person. An easy walk to down town and the only restaurants. One cabin is pet friendly and even has its own fenced yard.

Is there long term parking?
Nothing new to add except that the actual property seems small to me. If Strider does allow long term parking it may be on a first come basis. Definitely call first.

I am in the area often and have not stayed there... First, do any of the rooms have kitchen? do any have access to firepits or outdoor firelplaces? Or indoor fireplace or woodburing stoves. WE are often there in the colder months! :-)
The Paiute Suite has a full kitchen. All of the cabins/rooms have heaters. Cabin #6 has an outdoor fire pit.
