We were at this hotel for 7 days. I can only say we had a great experience with wonderful service and great food. I have a lot of problems with the type of food I can eat and the chef (Nick ) went out of his way to ensure I was able to enjoy my food by coming up with...

The Amanhavis is well worth finding in the pretty mountain village of Benahavis. It has been our favourite restaurant for the last 11 years . Not only is it the best food you will eat in this part of spain , but you sit in a wonderful privately enclosed garden with a plunge pool surrounded by colour from the many...

We had a wedding dinner for 25 people at the restaurant. It was beautiful! The upper terrace was a lovely place for an aperitif before dinner and the food was delicious. The service was exemplary, with the staff actually creating our own menu with welcome message to the guests.

I've been to Amanhavis for dinner 5 times now and it only ever gets better and better. Leslie and Berkhard are wonderful hosts and service is attentive but never in your face. The tables are set around the moorish style pool and the personalised menus are a lovely touch - especially if you are with someone special. Starting with a...

When we arrived we had a welcome drink on the veranda which had amazing views. The service was excellent and the food was divine. Benahavis is a beautiful place, it has a very traditional Spanish feel to it.

From the moment we walked in we were treated special. Unusually asking our first names, later realising why, our names printed on the 'menu' personalising the whole experience. The food was stupendous, there was nothing to chritisise, from the aperitif to the deserts, from the bread to the sauces, absolutely wonderful.

6 of us visited this restaurant on 30/09/2016 and it was the best meal of our holiday. It was a Birthday meal and the service and attention to detail were second to none. We received personalized menus which is a first. Mine Host was very good and friendly and our waiter Ramaan recommended fantastic dishes for us all. We have...

We went to have dinner to this fancy restaurant expecting great food and quality service. The food was awesome; the service by the senior manager was off putting. From the start, he tried to force some "refreshing" drinks on us. Since we do not drink cava, we refused. Then, he made us feel inappropriate when we said that we would...

We spent one night here and just loved the hotel. There are 9 rooms and each one is furnished in its own style and has its own name. The rooms are rustic, quirky and delightful. Lovely en suite bathroom (complete with rubber duck). There is a small pool and rooftop terrace. We received an especially warm welcome on our arrival....

We live in Benahavis and have visited this hotel for an evening meal on quite a few occasions, and is always excellent. We visited Friday 23rd Sept and as always the service was fantastic and the food was a stunning as ever. The Tagine is a must try absolutely fantastic. There are many great restaurants in Benahavis, but this is...
