Read rave review in a local free paper about Andalucía's little secret. Not disappointed - this was probably the best food we've eaten in Spain and I will come back for one of the special menus. The gardens are well laid out and managed. The staff take great pains to do things well and make your stay enjoyable. The millstream...

I had the very good fortune to celebrate my birthday here last week with my wife and son. The hotel is a real gem and the people who work there an absolute joy to deal with. We stayed in a small suite with a rooftop terrace with a fantastic view of the surrounding mountains. The room was perfect in every...

Just recently returned from our third visit to the Molino, and we have to say it did not disappoint! We were greeted like old friends by Andy, his family, and staff so felt 'at home' immediatly upon our arrival. Good food, wine and agreeable company ensured we enjoyed our stay which was just a 'chill out' break doing very little...

A real "get away from it all" spot just ten kilometres from Ronda and on the edge of the beautiful Sierra de Grazalema mountain park. The sound of the rushing water past the converted mill is just magical. This conversion has been so tastefully done; our room was full of character and very well appointed. The mainly local staff were...

We spent a week at Molino Del Santo and had a fabulous time. The food, facilities and accommodate were all great, what set's Molino Del Santo apart from other places that we have stayed is the staff. They are wonderful and totally made our stay special.

If you're looking for a few quiet days, with great food and hospitality in the mountains of Andaluzia, - look no further! With short distance to marvellous Ronda, this is an excellent choice. Very service minded and friendly staff. Excellent kitchen!

Friends had told us about this delightful ,quiet, oasis situated a short distance from Ronda . The converted water mill has been converted into a number of charming rooms overlooking a swimming pool to the hills beyond. The majority of these have sun terraces. . The very pleasant outside dining terrace, lined with flowers, is beside a stream. Food-wise we could...

We were based in Nerja foir a few weeks and planned to do some driving to taste other parts of Southern Spain and went to Jerej Cadiz and Arcos. We were told by friends who had been there that a "must" stay was Molino del Santos near Ronda so we booked in for early July for 2 nights. Everything we...

We discovered Molino del Santo 13 years ago and have been back 10 times since then. Our most recent visit was 2 weeks ago and we are pleased to say that it was as good as ever. Great food, wonderful tranquil gardens and light, airy rooms make this an ideal place to get away from it all. But best of...

Since opening for business in the late 1980s, Molino del Santo, set in the Andalucian hills close to the village of Benaojan has become a virtual legend for many reasons. Firstly, its setting beside to old mill stream that used to service it in its previous existence as a mill is unique and idyllic. But owners Andy and Pauline have...
