Friends had told us about this delightful ,quiet, oasis situated a short distance from Ronda . The converted water mill has been converted into a number of charming rooms overlooking a swimming pool to the hills beyond. The majority of these have sun terraces. . The very pleasant outside dining terrace, lined with flowers, is beside a stream. Food-wise we could...

We were based in Nerja foir a few weeks and planned to do some driving to taste other parts of Southern Spain and went to Jerej Cadiz and Arcos. We were told by friends who had been there that a "must" stay was Molino del Santos near Ronda so we booked in for early July for 2 nights. Everything we...

We discovered Molino del Santo 13 years ago and have been back 10 times since then. Our most recent visit was 2 weeks ago and we are pleased to say that it was as good as ever. Great food, wonderful tranquil gardens and light, airy rooms make this an ideal place to get away from it all. But best of...

Since opening for business in the late 1980s, Molino del Santo, set in the Andalucian hills close to the village of Benaojan has become a virtual legend for many reasons. Firstly, its setting beside to old mill stream that used to service it in its previous existence as a mill is unique and idyllic. But owners Andy and Pauline have...

We have visited Molino many times over the years and each time we find that the hotel has got better in some way or other. Sometimes there have been major improvements (the new pool, extra rooms) sometimes small tweaks. On this visit, the big change is the addition of a new chef, Gordon Brown (not that one, the other one,...

The food at the resurant was fantastic. We went twice for lunch, once having the Menu of the day and a second time for just a salad. Both meals were fantastic. The wait staff were there when we needed them and always very helpfull. The prices are what you would expect for a resturant of this caliber. The views are...

In midst of the mountains of Spain's white towns, you will find the Molino del Santo - about 20 minutes from the town of Ronda. We found the accommodations to be very good, clean and spacious in our jr. suite. The water in the pool was too cold for us, and could not enjoy it. The hotel seems to mostly...

Truly a wonderful, peaceful little haven tucked away in the hills. The food, as others have noted, is excellent - with enough choice and diversity to allow you to stay at the hotel without venturing out if thats what you choose. But as with many things in life, it is the people who make this place special. It is well...

A tranquil spot about 15 mins from Ronda and 90 mins from Malaga. Delightful small hotel tucked away near white Andalucian villages. Lots of authentic, 'real' Spanish culture, far from the touristy coast. The food is 'to die for' and the restaurant deserves a Michelin Star. Great place to chill but without having to learn Spanish. Don't go as I...

Mere words can not adequately convey the peace and beauty of this place. I have visited this wonderful family run hotel for the past 20 years and with each visit my stay exceeds expectations and memories are enhanced. Recently the food has gone to an even higher level of taste quality and freshness - exemplifying local produce, imaginatively and deliciously....
