Nestled in the heart of the city, Embassy Suites by Hilton Atlanta at Centennial Olympic Park is lauded for its prime location and spacious suites, complete with valued amenities like complimentary breakfast and evening drinks. While some guests find the atmosphere vibrant, particularly during events, others consider the rooms to be a bit dated and occasionally noisy. The staff's friendliness is often highlighted, despite occasional slow WiFi and valet service.
While the hotel's cleanliness generally meets expectations, minor oversights are sometimes mentioned. Overall, travelers debate the value, balancing the benefits against the high costs and service issues.

This hotel has a great location close to many things but the rooms are very dated and in need of some repairs/cleaning. The bathroom was so small that I kept hitting my arms on the wall in the shower. Bathroom sink was stopped up so we removed the drainer plug and set it on the side of the sink. It was never replaced or moved in the 2 days we were there. Body wash/soap dispenser in the shower was empty. Asked at the front desk the next morning and they promptly brought a new bottle but not sure why housekeeping wouldn't check that. Glasses were never restocked. Linens were stained and had hair on a pillowcase. Breakfast buffet was a nice touch but they ran out of silverware and everything that should have been hot was served cold. Can't eat cold eggs. Went to Starbucks and bought a breakfast sandwich instead. This is not what you would expect from an Embassy Suite. Other than the great location we probably won't stay here again.

My partner and I had a great time at this hotel. We thought it looked great, was very clean and the staff was super pleasant and accommodating.
The hotel hosts a free made order/buffet breakfast. Each morning we’d order a freshly made omelet with a few choices to add in, such as cheese, mushrooms, onions bacon etc. I thought they were very tasty and again, the staff making it were very nice and efficient. The buffet side had an abundance of options, pancakes, crispy bacon, turkey sausage (the one thing I didn’t care for) grits, cereals, toast. I can go on. Starbucks was located in the lobby, visited everyday!
In the evening they host a cocktail hour for hour and half where you get 2 complimentary drinks, SCORE!
The lobby was very spacious and the rooms were a great size too. I love how you have a room where yuh can close off the door. A nice living area with spacious couch, 2 large tv’s (had my name displayed welcoming me) for being a honors member. Nice size bathroom and tub. I liked there full size toiletries attached to the walls, such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash and body cream. Lastly, the pool! Great size and a nice space to lounge, it was located right next to the gym. unfortunately the hot tub was being renovated.
A special shout out to the manager Cristal and the front desk staff member John! They made us feel extra welcome.I would definitely stay here again. Very convenient location.

A lot to digest? Read an AI-generated summary of recent traveller reviews.
As a business traveler, I've stayed at this property for over 20 years. Unfortunately, very little has changed during that time, and the few changes made are not for the better.
While the rooms are still clean and comfortable, the hotel is showing its age. The desks have the best office chairs in the business, but the rooms are dark and uninviting. The complimentary breakfast is served on large, round banquet tables in the lobby instead of the comfortable dining area in the attached Ruths Chris restaurant. Taking a cue from airlines, they charge for more desirable rooms, such as a higher floor. Additionally, housekeeping services are only available upon request, ostensibly due to COVID-19 protocols.
I appreciate the convenience of online registration, credit card info, and electronic keys, but irritated by the need to provide the same information to the front desk upon arrival. It's unnecessary and inefficient.
While this hotel is still a sensible option for travelers to ATL, it used to be better. I hope it will improve.

I stayed for business during the first week of this month. My poor rating stems from being told that points were going to be awarded into my account due to housekeeping throwing food away in my room that wasn't actually trash. The points were in fact never awarded (this was supposed to be my lunch for work).
Additionally, the gentleman making the omelets during breakfast shouldn't tap the tip jar after making the omelet. That was a turnoff for me and caught me off guard, as I was planning on tipping him anyway. It really is the little things that matter. Other than that, the hotel itself is ok. It's kind of loud. There are no dampeners for the doors, so they slam unless one takes the time to turn around and control it.

I didn’t expect such as pleasant experience when I arrived. Valet was an easy process and they helped us load our luggage and bring it in. Corey at the front desk was so personable, yet professional and went the extra mile. I’m very picky about hotels and when I opened my room door I just smiled. With Magic shows, free made to order breakfast compliments of Ruth Chris’, laundry and dry cleaning service… why go anywhere else!

As a college student working full time, I find myself feeling like I have no time for a vacation. My boyfriend and I decided to take five days off for a trip. He took his time looking and landed on this suite in Atlanta Georgia. He purchased the city pass for us and we used our time to its fullest extent. The aquarium, botanical garden, park, and zoo were all amazing. I had no expectations and no idea what Atlanta had to offer but I am very satisfied. Embassy Suites as a whole has been top tier with their accommodations and customer service. I want to give a HUGE shout out to Lauren, Dariana, Sophie, and Crystal (in order in which we met them). These ladies have been so welcoming and so kind to us these past four days. We sat and spoke with each one often and it felt just like home. From the complimentary breakfast, the room service, evening reception, pool and much more. The suite is very clean and well kept. Workers are constantly working and on top of every day maintenance. The room it self was very nice and had everything we needed. Towels were constantly replaced and rooms were cleaned up by room service. You are walking distance from several delicious restaurants and from the amazing activities you can take part in. Again thank you to Lauren, Dariana, Sophie, Crystal, and all the staff and Embassy Suites. We will miss you and Atlanta!

We chose this hotel for its proximity to the Hot Chocolate Race. We wanted a comfortable space to relax and unwind before and after the race. As Hilton Honors members, we found that Embassy Suites met and exceeded our expectations.
We had welcoming interactions with front desk personnel, particularly Jamal Wyley. He skillfully turned a negative exchange with another staff member into a positive experience and made sure to engage with us each time we passed through the lobby.
The room itself was spacious, featuring a large living area with an L-shaped sectional couch, a TV, a desk, a microwave, and a fridge. Additionally, the hot shower and large vanity mirror were great touches in the bathroom. The main highlight of the room was the separation between the living room and bedroom, ensuring that all sleeping needs were met.

This is the shadiest hotel in Atlanta, do not stay here. I am a Hilton honors member who booked my reservation a year in advance for the national championship game Jan 20th. 4 days prior I get an email from Jackie Bellini from the hotel saying that they had a water pipe burst and are unable to accommodate me, canceled my reservation and booked me 30 mins away at a Hyatt place. Called several times to no avail. Just bounced me out and this Jacki would not return any of my emails or calls. Very unprofessional. They cancelled my reservation at $ 400.00 / night so they could get double to triple that with other reservations. No loyalty whatsoever. Done with Hilton and their dishonesty. And nice customer service Jacki Bellini, what a joke

The hotel is in an excellent location. It is next to Centennial Park, a Convention Center entrance, and most of the major attractions in Downtown Atlanta. The rooms were suite-like and spacious except for the bathrooms, which were quite small for the overall room size. Cleanliness was unfortunately below average (some hairs in tub, soap scum on counter). The double beds were not the most comfortable (tended to sag). The room was quiet at night. Wifi was reasonable speed but would sometimes have a delay reconnecting.
Breakfast had good options (including the signature omelets) but could easily get overwhelmed if hotel was busy, making for very long lines. Items (eg yogurt) would randomly run out even on non-busy days so it was a bit unpredictable. Did not attend any evening receptions.
Overall it was a good stay with the strengths being location and quietness (weaknesses cleanliness and bed comfort).

My family and I stayed here for a long weekend. The location was great for both the Aquarium and Mercedes Benz Stadium. We also visited the zoo which was an easy drive from the hotel. Valet is $55/day, but getting in and out is easy and the guys were all really nice.
The concierge was able to provide us with tickets to the Aquarium for a better price which made it easy to enter. The concierge also had some great food recs.
The eggs at breakfast seemed like they were from a carton, but if you wanted to wait in line the omelette was pretty good. They had oatmeal and cereal available too which was great for the entire family.
We would definitely stay here again.
