I have stayed here 3 times in the past 4 months for business. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and maintained to the utmost detail. I first stayed in April when it was still quite quiet due to the pandemic. The room was spotless and disinfected... even the remote control had been disinfected and placed in a clean sealed plastic bag. Sanitary hand wipes were also provided in the room as well as throughout the hotel and fitness center. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. They are attentive and are quick to accomodate any request. The facilities are beautiful. I cannot recommend this hotel enough.

I love St. Regis hotels and have stayed with this brand both in and outside of the US. We were in town at the Atlanta St. Regis for just one night and it did not disappoint! What I love the most about the brand is their attention to detail. Although we noticed differences between properties, this particular property hit all of the main marks. Great and attentive butler service when we called, champagne sabering and toast, great bar atmosphere and beautiful property. The only thing that I felt that could have been improved was our check in experience. The bellman never ask to help us with our bags yet walked behind us to the front desk, the front desk person never shared benefits fully with us upon checking in (we know them so we knew what to take advantage of but it would have been helpful) and upon actually getting into the room, the butler never came to introduce themselves, ask if we need anything and show us how to use the technology in the room (in this case it would have been helpful to know how the lighting panels worked). Those little touches are no cost to the property and are something we've seen other St. Regis properties do that cost nothing yet help the guest to have an even better stay. Overall we would stay here again when in Atlanta.

We had a fantastic stay at the St. Regis Atlanta! The hotel is beautifully decorated to look both modern and elegant. Rooms are very clean and spacious! We really loved the super large TVs in both the bedroom and living room of our suite. Both TVs allow you to watch cable, and streaming services such as Netflix and Hulu (with your own login). WiFi was great! Rooms are controlled though an iPad! Bathroom had both a shower and a very large tub! The top half of the building is residences (they have a separate entrance) and the bottom half is the hotel. Every single person from the staff that we interacted with was fantastic (especially the gentleman working the valet- who helped us charge our Tesla.. I did not catch his name but he was amazing and we are SO grateful for his help). The property is in a great location (in Buckhead) directly across from a Whole Foods and a number of fantastic restaurants. There is a beautiful outdoor pool, spa and fitness center on site.

Platinum perks- upgraded room based on availability and credit toward breakfast!

I have stay at the St Regis in NYC and LA many times and the service there was excellent. But the one in Atl was far from excellent. When we arrive no one asks us if you were staying at the hotel nor if we needed any help with luggage. We end up caring our own luggage, no doorman to open the door, and never once did the butler stop by to ask us if we need anything.

Breakfast was even worse! We ate at a place upstairs (not sure of the name). We waited forever (45mins). When everyone around us (who sat down after us) got their food. To make matters even worse St Regis atl didn't use real eggs instead use egg substitutes. So disappointed!!

Please take down the Christmas decorations. I was there January 4-6 and the Christmas decorations and some little house in the corner were still up. If the decoration was nice I wouldn’t mind but it was hideous. It wasn’t even Christmas colors it looks like Walmart bought ornaments on that big tree.. And it the first time you see as you walk in smh.

Before staying there, I had some trouble booking my reward stay using Marriott/Bonvoy points. I called the hotel to see if they could help. One of the managers there, Preston, went above and beyond! He continued working on the case, was very professional, and continuously updated me on the progress. Eventually it all worked out (thanks to Preston).

When we arrived, we were greeted by T’Loni at the front desk, who was so warm and welcoming. She explained that our room was not ready, but we could use the pool. The pool and service lived up to its reputation as being the best in Atlanta. To be honest, it felt like a resort pool in some far away island getaway, very luxurious! After lunch and a few drinks by the pool, we were informed that our room was ready. It took a little longer for the room to be ready due to a guest checking out later than expected. They offered to credit our suite night request and take our luggage up, while an attendant brought up our room key to the poolside. Amazing customer service!

The food at their signature restaurant (Atlas) was incredible. They prioritized social distancing measures, and it felt very private. We did make a recommendation, which I recommend. The chef even visited our table to highlight each dish. The room we stayed in was one of the nicest ones we’ve been in - a corner suite. The bathroom and tub were beautiful and elegant. It truly felt like a spa. We ordered breakfast to be delivered up to our rooms the next morning. The eggs, toast, fruit, and assorted danish bowl was the best I’ve ever had. There’s something about eating an amazing breakfast and sipping coffee, while sitting around in luxurious robes and slippers. We were granted a late check out and used the pool one last time. T’Loni was there again, and ensured our bill was correct. She was lovely and deserves a promotion (or at least a raise)!

After leaving, there was a dispute with crediting our suite night credit. We called and spoke to another manager, Mary, who stayed on the case which eventually restored our credit. If it wasn’t for Mary, who knows how long it would have taken. Thank you to all the staff that went above and beyond continuously. We have decided to book another night right before Christmas. We have heard great things about their Tea w/ Santa and are looking forward to that (and breakfast again)! I believe that the St. Regis is worth every dollar you’ll spend. Definitely the best hotel in Atlanta.

The St. Regis Atlanta is a classic and elegant urban hotel. The hotel is situated a block or so off of Peachtree on the edge of the commercial and residential areas of Buckhead.
My family and I have stayed numerous times at this property over the years and the service has consistently been refined and attentive. Our most recent stay was no different. From the bellman to housekeeping to front desk to pool attendants, all were inviting and helpful (other than the concierge who was somewhat argumentative and curt when trying to have help with a dinner reservation).

Our room this stay (metropolitan suite) was comfortable and well maintained. We enjoyed the spacious sitting/bar area of the room. It was a nice place to watch a movie and take breakfast.

The hotel appeared to be taking appropriate covid protocols and all staff wore masks and some even gloves.

At the time of our stay, there were two major construction projects occurring around the hotel. One across the street from the front entrance to the property and the other abutting the property near the entrance to Atlas & Garden Room.

Fortunately, our room faces the pool and not directly toward one of these projects, as I can only imagine it would have been a major disruption. Fortunately, it appears both project should be completed in the next several months if I had to guess.

I’d highly recommend the St. Regis Atlanta and hope to return on our next visit to Atlanta.

Had been to Phipps Plaza during the day and thought it would be nice to stop by the hotel lounge/terrace for dessert and drinks before leaving the city to go home. Called the hotel and asked about opening time for lounge, which was confirmed to be 4:00 pm; we were only stopping by for an hour so I asked if our parking would be validated since we were eating in the lounge; the front desk assured me that it was no problem. We arrived at the hotel, enjoyed the terrace for an hour with drinks and dessert, and our valet check was validated. When we gave our ticket to the valet, he informed us that since we had been validated, we were entitled to a reduced rate of $12.00 instead of $24.00 for one hour of parking after having paid the hotel $100.00 in food/beverage service. We have stopped by this hotel before to eat in the lounge and never had this happen. So, I paid the valet $12.00 in cash and we left when the car was brought around. The Ritz or Intercontinental would never do this. We do not plan to return. I simply do not think that the St. Regis has ever really found it's niche in Atlanta. At the Ritz, it's all about service and consistency; from the time you arrive until the time you leave, you feel like a VIP.

The St. Regis Atlanta is a truly special property. The staff was extremely attentive (many thanks to Imani for her excellent customer service - we found out that she was from the Perry Lane Hotel in Savannah - another gem in the Marriott Bonvoy portfolio) and our room was large, spotless and well maintained. Imani checked-in with us throughout our stay to ensure a pleasant experience.

The team was attentive, gracious and attentive. Our stay for the entire weekend was very memorable and we look forward to visiting Atlanta and staying at the St. Regis again!

I’ve just spent a week at the St Regis for a somewhat solemn family occasion. The staff were, as always, impeccable and thoughtful in their service. The staff at the St Regis are trained to the highest standards. I am quite sure the management must be proud to have such fine employees.

I should add that there were four small dogs in our group. To say the St Regis Atlanta is dog friendly would be an understatement. The dogs were treated like honoured guests by the staff and no trouble was too great. The kindness and humour of the staff of the St Regis towards the dogs and their humans made a difficult moment a little bit better.

Oh yes, the rooms are beautiful, the bar is really really terrific and Atlas is one of Buckhead’s best restaurants. Thank you St Regis.

I had the pleasure of staying at five-star hotels throughout my years of travelling. As an Marriott Ambassador Loyalist (and soon to be Titanium Member), I can say that this property is the Gold Standard in luxury, service, elegance and class. This is my second stay within the last three years.

In a world today, we have so many changes in what standards are. Some brands compromise due to cost, availability, resources, staff and training. St. Regis does not compromise these standards and they still hold the value of true service and excellence.

Its all about details, first impressions of the property that curate the vibe/experience. The decor, lighting, fragrance of the lobby, sound of the music, the culinary experience of the day (i.e. root beer float stand). The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff within you first hour. This is critical as it imprints the perception and expectations a guest is anticipating to receive while staying on property.

This is by far my favorite property and the only hotel I will stay at while in the Atlanta, GA area.
