Booked to attend TWICE concert on 07/10/2023. Stayed Friday to Monday.
Prior to check in, I received an email and a text advising if I needed anything to let them know. They inquired of arrival time. We were flying in with a mid morning arrival. Initially I figured we’d have to mill around until check in but decided to give it a shot and ask if it was possible to be accommodated. I was advised that our room would be ready upon arrival.
Check in:
Handled by the impeccably dressed Mr. Omar.
As promised the room was ready. I was told we had a Battery View, which can get noisy. If I wanted to move, we could. I was given a sleep pack with a nice mask and earplugs.
The Room:
Love the Baseball themed headboards, carpet(pinstripes) and overall color scheme. The floor to ceiling window was big fun to look out of and not as see thru as you may think.
Our room had two beds, plenty of plugs and outlets for devices and light fixtures, WHICH were dimmable! The barn door for the bathroom actually had a groove and didn’t just overlap the wall. The closet had a little plaque to remind you to “pull to open”. Inside two robes, iron, iron board, hangers and a steamer. Also, there was a full length, nice wide mirror attached to the closet door.
The bathroom:
Decent size, very cute light fixtures and my husband really liked the shower head.
Soft close drawers that were big enough to store our toiletries.
Only thing, could use more hooks to hang towels after showers and perhaps hooks inside the shower to hang swimsuits.
The entertainment section housed a large flatscreen t.v., Keurig and mini fridge.
I’m picky about my linens and was pleased with the bedding. The pillows were small and super soft so I wasn’t a fan of them.
There was only one chair in the room and a bench in the entry. Plenty of mirrors which were needed with the room housing four people.
Overall, I would DEFINITELY return to The Omni at The Battery Atlanta. I didn’t take many pictures because I did a video. My bad!

We made plans to stay here months ago and to go to a Braves game, but decided to keep our reservation and enjoy the atmosphere. Had a balcony room overlooking the Battery and Truist Park. The details of the hotel with all the baseball themes are great, the staff was very professional and we felt like the room had been cleaned well and sanitized. Masks are required (even though some guests ignored the request) and only 4 to an elevator. We spent most of our time at the pool, which provided hand sanitizer and plenty of towels. Even got to see the Braves practice. Overall, a great experience except for all the yahoos who refuse to wear masks when asked to do so on the property. A must for Braves fans!

Since the pandemic has ruined fans attending baseball and basketball games, I decided to treat myself. I refused to let COVID-19 ruin my chances to see My Braves play live! I’m working from home so it was a easy decision for me. I watched both Spring Training games from the comfort of my room! A few times I went down to the pool area to catch the game since there were no events happening in that area. There were quite a few Braves fans taking advantage of this site to be a little closer to the game.

This hotel does an outstanding job communicating prior to your stay. I received a text asking about my arrival time so that my room would be ready. From a seamless check-in to a seamless checkout you guys get A++++++! I even received a text the morning of checkout to find out if there was anything I needed prior to checking out. The staff was simply amazing! The room was beautiful and very well tended to prior to my arrival. KUDOS!!!!!!

Make sure you request a room on higher floors if you want an amazing view. My room was closest to Comcast but it was still a perfect view of the Battery and the ballpark. I was in Room 1107.

I will definitely be back from another stay SOON! I’ll drive 30 minutes from house to stay here without hesitation.

My family and I are trying to visit every MLB stadium in the United States. We are about halfway through our list so we have stayed in a lot of hotels near stadiums. This is by far the best one we have ever stayed in. It is actually one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in on any vacation ever. The hotel was super clean, everyone was very nice, the rooms were big and clean and well stocked. There was a Keurig in our room with coffee pods which is always a plus. The hotel was sold out but you would never have known it because the elevators were very fast, the breakfast area and lobby were never crowded. We never had to contact the front desk or housekeeping for anything needed for our room. Our college aged son, at the last minute, decided to join us on our trip but since the hotel was sold out we weren’t sure he would have a bed. He was OK sleeping on the floor of our king room but they brought a rollaway bed for him which was super comfy. There was plenty of room in our regular sized king room for his bed and all of his things. The giant window overlooking the battery area was great for people watching and knowing when to enter the stadium when the lines weren’t too bad. You could see the stadium from our room which was interesting if you are a baseball fan. Our room also overlooked the battery area which was fun after the Braves win on a Saturday night. Lots of partying and celebrating going on. We could hear the festivities from our room so if you want a quiet room, one overlooking the battery might not be for you. It was fine for us, we enjoyed it. The pool area also overlooks the stadium and the fitness rooms was by far the best I have seen for a hotel. They even had sparkling water on tap. Can’t say I’ve ever seen that before in a hotel fitness room. It was a great stay and I would highly recommend it. We will definitely stay here again for future travel to see the Braves.

This was our first time staying at the Omni and I have to say it could not have been a better experience! The hotel was extremely clean and the room was spotless. The staff was incredibly helpful (shout out to Katie Clark)and eager to assist in anyway they could. We stayed on the 12th floor and had a balcony overlooking the battery and the field, which I would highly recommend! We also enjoyed the upper pool deck to watch the game which was great with lots of good food and snacks available. I’ve stayed at all of the surrounding hotels and this is easily the nicest hotel within walking distance to Truist Park, plus unbeatable views of the park! We will definitely be back! Go Braves!

The upper deck area has been appreciated by all guests that have been able to experience it. We look forward to having you back again!

My husband and I stayed at this Omni for a week. The location is wonderful food/drink entertainment is all right there at the Battery. Although you have to pay for valet of your car per night $38 the guys are so nice and work with you, The front desk ladies Randie and Brandi are so friendly and courteous and made for a wonderful experience. During Covid time some hotels are not cleaning rooms frequently, Omni does and they are doing a great job of it. The rooms are nice, updated and clean. Wi-fi is fine and bed is comfortable.

The hotel overall was beautiful and the staff was very friendly. But this hotel was lacking basic amenities. They did not have a robe nor slippers and they did not offer a complimentary bottle of water. They had the coffee/tea maker but no water available. I’ve stayed at numerous of hotels and for the price I paid for this hotel I expected these basic amenities. Also, I’m not sure if they had concierge but I ordered something to eat, because in room dining closes at 11, and I had to go downstairs to retrieve it rather it brought up to my room. Maybe I’m just used to certain services so maybe I was acting spoiled but for 400+ a night I think I have that right.

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with feedback. Each of our rooms is stocked with robes however, slippers are delivered upon request. Although we offer complimentary bottles of water in our lobby area, guestrooms are not immediately stocked with complimentary water. Our apologies as my staff and I should have ensured that this was shared. Please give us a call directly next time you travel our way. We would love to have you back and make up for the deficiencies experienced this time around. Take care!

Bring your check book! The balcony room is a must. Perfect view of the field. If you are a Braves Fan, I highly recommend splurging on one of these rooms. If you get a balcony room you can watch the game from the comfort of your room.

I took my husband for a weekend visit to watch the Braves game. Checked into the hotel and everything was fine in the beginning but the night was a disaster. There were many young people in the room next to ours having a very loud party. At 2 AM I called the security The party continued till 330. When I checked out manager only offered $50 compensation for a $416 bill. She said I should have called security again which is not my place to stop a party going on. Security should have came back and checked. I feel I should have been compensated at least half of our room. Very disappointed In hotel management.

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with feedback. Although we have provided a direct/private response, we would like to also provide an apology on this platform. Please accept our apologies. Issues of this type are not the norm for us. We have a very strict noise policy. We only provide one warning. The second visit leads to us asking guests to depart. In this instance, we were not made aware that the noise continued. That said, we understand how important a restful night is and also understand that this negatively impacted your visit. Please accept our apologies.

My wife and I selected this hotel due to its proximity to the Battery and Truist Park and the location is ideal for that. Beyond that, we found the service at the hotel to be outstanding and friendly and the rooms to be spacious and clean. The bathroom shower was very large and welcome after a day in the heat and humidity. The ballpark entrance is very near the hotel but the hotel is quite secure with room keys required for the elevators to the guest floors, The Battery provides a great selection of places to eat and drink. The freeway access from the hotel is easy and makes it convenient to visit other sites in Atlanta. We highly recommend !
