The staff was absolutely wonderful, friendly and engaging with any and all questions I had about the area and property. The lobby was stunning and the amenities in the hotel were easily accessible. The rooms were super spacious and the beds were so comfortable!! 12/10 experience.

We stayed for New Year's eve and were impressed with the soundproofing of the room despite its location overlooking Peachtree street in midtown. On 1 Jan, we went to the spa and got excellent massages from expert personnel (Julie and Lettie). And, through it all, the front desk was extremely helpful and personable.

I don't think that there are enough characters available to describe the phenomenal experience that my wedding guests, family, friends, and my new husband & I had during our stay at the Loews Atlanta Hotel from Wednesday, June 23rd to Sunday, June 27th!!!

The area sales manager, Megan M., started our experience off through exceptional communication, service, and support during the massive task of arranging for so many wedding guest hotel room blocks. Our guests were blown away by the level of service, cleanliness, fun, and luxury that each and every Loews employee provided.

Once we arrive, Tyler F. truly stole the show!!! Tyler was so warm and friendly, and he arranged for my maid of honor to have the adjoining room to my bridal suite, my other bridesmaids to be on the same floor or as close to the top levels as he could. He responded to my family's (admittedly many lol) requests with grace, humor, and hospitality. He was frequently on duty each night of our stay, and he personally checked on me the night before my wedding to ensure that we got everything that we needed before the big day. My bridal party was up until 1 AM getting my room set up, and Tyler personally delivered bottles of water, tape, sharpies, and other random items that we needed to ensure that my big day was a success.

The wedding day was also superb---the Loews brought mirrors, chairs, and additional water bottles to ensure that we had what we needed! Weddings are notoriously stressful, but my experience at the Loews was simply phenomenal. Our wedding was a top priority for the hotel, and they ensured that everything that we need was available within a few minutes.

We also used a suite for our guests to congregate after the wedding, and the Loews was so gracious to help our guests feel welcomed. I had so many wedding guests comment on how much they loved the Loews, and that they will be staying here once they come back to Atlanta.

The Loews is such a unique hotel that is truly unmatched in regards to service, affordable luxury, hospitality, comfort, and customer experience. I had to complete this review as soon as I got home because it was truly the best experience that I've ever had! I've stayed in hotels across the world, from Paris to Zanzibar, and I've never experienced a stay like the one I have at the Loews.

Thank you, Tyler F., Megan M., Fatima, the valet team, and all of the folks who ensured that my dreams came true. I'll be back!!

We have stayed in this property before. We booked again with confidence in our prior experience. On arrival, we were greeted pleasantly and had a smooth checkin and were shown to our suite. There was a very strong odor of marijuana in our bathroom. We called the front desk and were told that since no other rooms were available an air cleaning service would be initiated. We were concerned that we could be charged for smoking in the room which we did not do. We asked for a manager to come to the room to validate and no one ever came. The air cleaning took several hours and no one ever came to retrieve the device. Our room was never serviced the next day. We asked for additional towels at the front desk and they were tossed into the room on the table by the door. Bar service was sub par. At checkout we called for our car and our bags to be collected and a very professional bellman arrived to take us downstairs. We were able to checkout but asked for a card with information for the manager to email with concerns. We were told no card was available except for the business manager. We took this and proceeded outside where our vehicle was not yet available. After some time the vehicle arrived and we were scolded for pushing our baggage cart to the car. The prior bellman met me at the back of our vehicle and assisted with loading the car. He informed us that they had had 2 employees call out that day and were understaffed. He was the ONLY person to offer an apology in our entire experience. We emailed the business manager and have never received ANY response. Doubtful we will stay in this property again. We travel frequently and we understand that issues can and will arise but the way this was handled was completely unacceptable.

We were overcharged for so many things and couldn’t get anyone on the line when we had questions about our bill. We wanted room service for one day and the day they came they left trash in the room and only brought new towels and no face rags. Location only good thing about this place. Very disappointed

Valet is super aggressive. They don’t give you personal space and it feels like they are rushing you. Restaurant is closed, they don’t tell you when booking with them. Had to order room service. They had a very limited menu. They told us that since the restaurant was closed it would be at a discounted rate but, food was full price. Food came in to go boxes in a bag for you to assemble as if I ordered through food delivery. By the time food came to our room it was already cold. There was complementary coffee in the room but, no cream or sugar so by the time room service brought it up coffee was cold. When asked if gratuity was included they said no, only to find out that we ended up double tipping. I don’t have a problem tipping but, at the rates that they are charging for the quality is very disappointing. Room cleaning was okay, but I saw hand prints on some of the mirrors and windows. When first booking I only booked the room but, then realized that they were offering aquarium tickets with a stay. My bill went from $280 to $550 for one night with tickets to realize I ended up paying $100 more. Then just buying the tickets through the aquarium. When bringing this up with the manager she seemed disinterested with the matter and brushed us off, saying she’ll pass along our feedback”. This is all an issue because everything is full priced even though we are getting limited service! We will definitely be second guessing our stay with Loews hotel next time in the future. The sad part is that we love and enjoy staying with Loews. But, unfortunately this experience and quality of service was unsettling. We will most likely not be visiting Loews Atlanta again.

I travel to ATL regularly for business and have been trying to find a great hotel; I came here based on trip advisor recs. The good: beautiful rooms, with a real desk and ergonomic desk chair. A fabulous location in the middle of the action.

But I've been disappointed by the service. I've stayed here for 7 nights and on 3 of them housekeeping simply never showed up. The front desk has been of no help. Each time I've gotten no housekeeping I've gone to the front desk by mid-afternoon to inquire and been promised that "we'll call them to take care of it." But not once has it in fact been taken care of.

I wish my experience were unique. Today I saw somebody else try to check in after 4pm (the check in time) and was told the room wasn't ready and that she'd have to wait up to an hour more. The front desk staff seemed not to care at all about the fact that the promised (and expensive) room wasn't ready on time. No, "I'm sorry, how can we make this up to you." Instead the staff seemed annoyed that the guest expected to be able to check in on time.

You may be wondering, why 4 stars? I want to be understanding of the difficulties the hospitality industry is facing. But for that, I would say 3 stars.

Wanted to provide this review as a warning for brides and also constructive feedback for the Loews team:

1) I had a wedding block at the Loews and was using a suite there for myself and bridesmaids to get ready and my husband and I were also using the same suite as our wedding night room. I had been communicating with the sales manager who had set up our wedding block and who I had talk to multiple times about the bridesmaids and bride/groom suite. We had talked about them refreshing the suite after the bridesmaids got ready to make sure it was clean for our arrival after the wedding. I had received email confirmation saying “I will communicate to our housekeeping team to refresh your suite after you depart at 2 PM on Friday.”. We also called housekeeping to remind them around 3pm. We arrived back at midnight and no one had touched our room. We asked the front desk and they said no one was there to clean it. My husbands brother came to the hotel and spent an hour refreshing the room for us himself

2) I had also communicated with the sales manager about having a mini fridge, extra chairs, and mirrors delivered on Thurs (when we checked in). She confirmed all of it. When doing this, it would be nice to already have the mini fridge in the room upon check in. That wasn’t the case (not a huge deal), so I was told there would be a request to housekeeping for the fridge. I waited and nothing showed up, so I called myself and the front desk said they never received a request and then sent the fridge. Extra chairs and mirrors were also never delivered

The Loews said they weren’t cleaning rooms due to COVID, unless it was specifically requested. We specifically requested this multiple times, and it’s not the best way to end the wedding night. Apparently they tried to make up for it that night with champagne, but it was warm (no ice bucket) and my husbands brother had to request that they at least put it in an ice bucket

We definitely expected better service from a hotel like the Loews - especially since we had the hotel block and brought multiple reservations for them over the weekend, and especially since I took the time to fill out their questionnaire for them about my wedding details, and obviously those details were not communicated. I would advise there to be better coordination especially when it comes to wedding groups.

The room could not have been more lovely. JC at check-in was quite helpful getting me checked-in.

Loved the lobby and bar, open and bright. Live music on Thursday nights.

The extra details in each room make a big difference. Separate bath and shower, more toiletries than what one normally sees in a room, very comfortable pillows.

I stay here frequently for work and have never had an issue with my room or my stay. The genuine friendliness of the staff and the people who manage them are always something I appreciate. The rooms are spotless and the housekeepers go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. This trip had me leaving and arriving early in the morning and I appreciated Tyler F. for his help. He helped with printing my boarding pass (The machine by the front desk hasn't worked properly in the past 2 visits I've taken). Tyler was genuinely helpful, kind and very professional. The lounge is always buzzing with activity but there is always someone willing to take your order and go out of their way to make sure your order is perfect. The main restaurant wasn't open for breakfast for several of the days of my stay but there is a Starbucks in the lobby and plenty of options nearby. I've had excellent room service when I've needed to order after very long nights at work and once they return to full staffing and service I'm sure this will be expanded as well. The parking is super close, onsite and safe if you choose to self park. No issues whatsoever.

Yes they will drop you off and pick you up with in 3 mile vicinity from the hotel and no it does not necessarily have to be scheduled in advance. You can call and/or arrange for it the day of. I made arrangements by going downstairs and simply letting them know where I need to go.
