Positives: BIG, well-appointed room with a working desk; comfortable beds (although we had to have the 2 double bed configuration, which is really small compared to our King at home) nice breakfast area; good wi-fi; Negatives: very weak coffee in the breakfast room (and we don't even like strong coffee particularly); toilet is packaged in the same room as the...

Thank so much for your 4 star review. I believe I identified what room you were in. We are in the process of replacing our ptac units (HVAC) with more quiet units as we do understand the older ones can be noisy. We hope should you visit the Emory area again the you will book with us directly for the...

The University Inn at Emory's greatest asset is its location and its friendly service. I stayed here for a graduation, and felt lucky to get a room after a cancellation. That saved me from having to battle the traffic to campus on commencement day. The physical accommodations at this motel were not the best: decent sized room but tiny old...

I have been staying at the University Inn at Emory for 25+ years and would not stay any other place. It is a home away from home. I visit the hospital weekly and always know the room at the Inn is ready when I get there. The staff knows everyone by name. You are not a room number you are...

We stayed overnight prior to a procedure at Emory Hospital. The Inn is an older building, but our room was large, clean, comfortably furnished and seemed to have been recently renovated/updated. The location was so convenient, we were able to walk to the hospital after checking in so we would know where to go before dawn the next morning! Staff...

My daughter and I have stayed there one night for emery visit. It is only a few minutes walk to Emery. Very convenient location. But the room (including bathroom), very old and dirty, with stains everywhere. The bed is uncomfortable too. It is very overpriced for the motel condition ($200 a night). People working there are friendly.

My daughter, wife and I stayed here for two nights in March 2017. An fairly average property with average prices. Very much like some of the big motel (not hotel) chains. The staff was very friendly and helpful -- much more so than you would expect. The complimentary continental breakfast was also a little better than average and the wifi...

Thank you for your review. We take our guest's opinions very seriously. We have some improvements in the works such as the bathtubs are being given a face lift this coming week, then we have step work to do next as well as painting of the exterior of the building. We have been progressively working on improving the property like...

My son had a liver transplant at Emory. We stayed there a couple of days and have them helping us find additional days we can stay there. Very convenient and can walk over to the hospital. A tad pricey but they did give us a discount that helped. Room was very nice and large with a mini fridge.

Located VERY close to Emory University Hospital it is a great place to stay the night if you have early morning tests at EUH! I can't say enough about the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff at The University Inn. That is their saving grace. The hotel has many good points - large rooms, good continental breakfast, very clean. However, there are some things that made my stay less than completely pleasant. (1) The bed was uncomfortable. Not just because the mattress was too...
