Recently updated rooms. Clerk was nice and informative. Breakfast was good and area was watched over and kept clean and refilled. We were with a tour group and most everyone was satisfied. As usual some always are not satisfied.
I have stayed at this hotel numerous times over the years and I just have to say that this Quality Inn is one of the best I have ever stayed in. The hotel staff always makes me feel real welcome & glad that I came back. You can tell the staff cares about the property as they have upgraded several times over the years and continue to keep the property looking beautiful. I always look forward to seeing familiar faces, such as Alicia, Nick, & Mr. Mo, at the front desk. They have gotten me checked in very early in the morning when I have worked all night and did not give hesitate to get me right in, that is always a blessing. As a Choice Rewards member, I never have to worry if I need a late checkout, they always accommodate, which is greatly appreciated! I hold the staff & property in high regards and will continue to stay at this Quality Inn. The staff here give new meaning to "Q Service", as they exceed my guest expectations each & every stay!

Dear Toni, We are honored that you are a frequent guest with us at the Quality Inn Northlake. In general we tend to be more critical on ourselves and hopefully that makes it possible for us to provide the right kind of service. However, we do not feel at all "perfect" it is a daily trial and error to make our guests comfortable and feel at home. Mo
The check in went smoothly, the clerk was a nice young man. The room looked as if it had been recently updated. The hotel is interesting in that it offers outside rooms (open to the parking lot, etc) and inside hall. I was happy with my inside hall room. It is a large hotel, long hallways. Very quiet. Breakfast is, well, nothing to get excited about. But it is better than nothing. That could be stepped up. For the price I will rate is all 5.

Dear Guest: Thank you for responding. We do appreciate your comments and yes, there is always something we can do better, even at breakfast. However you were positive with your comments so, can we count on you to come back and visit soon? Mo, team leader.
When we got in the room it smelled really bad. a very musty smell. it is quite antiquated. The chair in the room had big stains all over it. i laid a towel over the chair. We asked about switching rooms and they gave us another one to check out but it wasn't much better so we just stayed and dealt with it. I also told them that on the TV every channel was snowy, even though it is cable and they didn't do anything about it.
on the positive side, though the breakfast said continental, they had eggs and sausage every morning (those pre-made eggs). The breakfast area is quite small but the staff did a good good keeping it stocked and clean.
