Old hotel, small and uncomfortable room and Reception was not friendly or welcoming, I don't recommend this hotel. Location of the hotel is great all the prime spots are in walking distance but so are other hotels like Westin, Marriott. I should have chosen either Westin/Marriott.

I always stay at The OMNI in ATL when we go for a concert or a NBA game. You can not beat the convenience of staying next door to the Phillips Arena. There is a covered walkway that joins these two places. Bang! No need to go outside and fight the ATL traffic to go to your event. The valet...

not a 4-star hotel. Cooling system does not cool - this is Atlanta, they should understand the need for A/C. It is cool near the vent, but the AC fan barely moves air. All I needed was a floor fan - hotel doesn't have any. Poor attitude by the front desk when I complained. Sent engineering multiple times, moved me...

I was here for a conference, and staying here is ideal. You have easy access to some of the main streets, Olympic Park, and lots of restaurants. The rooms were clean, and the staff was so friendly. Great views of the city as well.

For a solo traveler - this is a beautiful, accommodating and very comfortable hotel. When my company had a payment issue upon arrival they were helpful and kind. The food was delicious. Watch out for the coffee maker...don't trust the 1 cup won't spit out brewed coffee both sides. Otherwise all was great here!

The Omni at CNN Center feels dated the moment you walk in with the depressing 1970s-80s style decor, and the amenities are minimal given the fact that it is supposed to be a business class hotel. While it is located in the middle of a downtown, it feels like a food desert as there is only a choice of a...

We stayed in the North Tower, the room was clean (a little mold/mildew in shower grout) and it was pretty quiet considering the conventions and local sports teams playing that weekend. My BF was there for the Chick fill a kickoff game and he was able to walk easily to the Georgia Dome. We had a great view of the...

Good hotel, amazing view - the walls are thin, which is frustrating because our neighboring room had an upset parent/child bickering. staff is friendly and the hotel being attached to CNN and Philips Arena is very convenient.

I love this hotel. We always stay here when we go to the games. We check in the day before the game and with my daughters we walk around centennial park and downtown area, while never having to wait in traffic in the car. Walking distance can get you anything you need. Also we know our car is taken care...

I was greeted multiple times by different staff welcoming me and asking if I was having a pleasant stay. for a giant conference hotel with over 1000 rooms, that really reflects solid management. This hotel is perfect for any event at Georgia World Congress or a Falcons game. It overlooks Olympic park and is really right in the middle of...
