My colleagues and I chose this Embassy Suites Hotel because of its proximity to the Atlanta Airport. The suite provided the meeting space we needed, and the food selections enabled us to relax over meals without always having to take the time to search outside...More

I only stayed at this hotel for one night, but had a very enjoyable experience. The hotel is only a few miles from the ATL airport and offers a free shuttle that is very reliable. Check in was quick and the staff were very pleasant...More

We are glad you had an enjoyable experience here at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Atlanta - Airport. Thank you for such a good review and we look forward to your return.
The vents in the room were filthy with dust all over them. Also disappointing were the beds which were lumpy and often felt as if I was sinking. The staff was fabulous with great southern hospitality. Breakfast was good but slow (only 1 chef making...More

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback regarding your stay. While I’m thrilled to hear our staff was friendly, I regret that the hotel did not meet your expectations. We are in the process of evaluating opportunities for improvement and appreciate your input!
Tyler, at the front desk was not attentive and was condescending. I have stayed at Embassy Suites for business and pleasure and family reunions from the west coast to the east coast, I have never experienced such poor service. The kitchen staff was rude and...More

Park and fly is routinely available at almost all the Hilton properties. I would point out that when we were there two weeks ago, they were not even keeping the barriers down, so you could drive in and drive out without paying. I do not recommend that, because it's stealing, but it was feasible if unlawful. More to the point, if you tell them you're leaving your car for a couple of days, expect to pay upwards of $10 a day for the privilege. If you're staying there on the way back for a night, then you can probably get out the last day with your room key from that night. Anyway, call the hotel directly. Their manager is very capable and very willing to be of assistance.
