We would not stay in this Parador again. The staff were very unfriendly, very unusual for a Parador. Have never encountered this before. There is such a choice of Paradores so why go to one like this?

Stayed 3 nights from Saturday until Tuesday. Saturday warm room, loads of piping hot water but the next day they were not so busy and must have turned both heating and water heater off as the room was cold and no hot water for even a shower. We complained, told to turn all taps on in the bathroom for the...

Excelent experience. Amazing to live in a a XIVth century palace. Everything was perfect but the WI-FI did not work at all in the rooms. It was a shame that the swimming pool was closed despite it was sunny and very hot (begiining of October).

Lovely Parador, beautiful location and rooms, Helpful and very friendly staff, especially Genero who went out of his way to make our stay memorable. He was kind enough to allow me to see the historic rooms. I appreciated his thoughtfulness very very much. Muchas Gracias Genero. If you are lucky enough to get a room in this castle, you wont...

We stayed here for two nights and we were impressed. The hallways were filled with antique furniture and the central open courtyard was a beautiful area. There is parking right outside the hotel for a 24 hour fee. The room itself has a 'chain hotel' feel to it, but was a good size, had a comfortable bed, clean bathroom and...

Pretty nice old Palace with a beautiful center court yard. Room is decent with air conditioner, it would be nice if there is a little more light from the window which is covered with wood window to provide privacy from outside. Shower is hard to control with intermittent hot and cold water. Dinner is enjoyable sitting in the court yard....

It was a historic place to drive up to and first impressions made you feel as though you had made a good choice. Unfortunately the reception staff were generally poor, giving little information or assistance. We had a really good room at this Parador - it had a little hall a large bathroom and a nicely decorated and comfortable room...

The room smelt of sewage and we were given a scented spray. The sink would not drain and there were only towels for 2 in a room for 3. Very poor for a supposedly luxury stay. I have stayed in Paradors before and I'm even an 'Amigo' so this was sad.

Amazing construction, I recommend taking the guided visit through these historic building, which you may do without being a client. As a Hotel, we received a correct reception, and once paperwork was done we were on our own, with 5 suitcases. Our room was dark (comprehensible that windows of a 15 century building can differ from todays standard) with view...

When you pull up to this old renovated castle and get shown your room you are impressed. WOW it's beautiful. Our room had a wonderful sense of history, the room clean and the beds were firm and comfortable. We did upgrade to a superior room and added the gastro package which included dinner and breakfast in their dining room. We...
