In the heart of charming Lugo, steps away from Plaza Mayor and a short stroll to the Cathederal. Extra helpful staff, modern and clean rooms. See if you can get a room facing Calle de la Reina, great balcony to people watch.

The location within the Roman wall with nearby parking and lots of shopping in colorful boutiques and local stores of all kinds made it a perfect place to stay. The manager is a prince of a person and made our stay special.

The room are ok, wifi signal weak, but the most incredible is that we asked for plates at the reception and they send us to the restaurant instead of calling and bringing it to the room. The people at the reception desk are polite but cold as ice unable to smile, it feels that you bother them! I have no...

Very good staff...really on the button at the front desk. Room was spacious, very modern, ultra clean and i slept well. I didn't have anything to eat here so cannot comment on the food etc. I was able to use the free internet & computer without any issues.

The main asset of this hotel is that it is located in the old town within the Roman walls. Our room overlooked the street below and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the Friday night activities below. The hotel seemed out of place in its setting in that it was a modern building set amongst other buildings which were...

Excellent location and withing walking distance to the bus station. Our room was on the top floor with beautiful views of the city building roofs and towers. The hotel is comfortable but basic. The breakfast had a lot of choices but we found the quality of the ingredients to be of poor quality. With the average price for breakfast in...

Great little hotel, not super posh but very well equiped. The rooms were nice, the staff were superb and the location faultless. Lugo is a lovely little town contained within a 1700 year old Roman wall. The tapas bars in town are brilliant.

I was part of a group and the staff at the desk couldn't decide if they needed passports. They took them from 2 people. We had 4 rooms. The rooms were adequate, the beds were comfortable. We had a great view out the bathroom window. We were able to walk all over the walled city from our hotel. Dinner was...

A small closet only but again not enough place and we are only a family of 2 adults and a kid. Room service only in limited schedule. Ham and...
