Overpriced, smelly dingy room needing simple maintenance. Walked in and paid over $100 for a room for the night. We got a dingy room with a very old tube TV, dingy towels, a tub and toilet that would not hold water, and a phone that had no service. Had to walk down and talk to the people at the desk...

This guest caused extreme difficulties at our property. The authorities were contacted due to his violent behavior, which was scaring children and other guests who were at the property. His money was refunded and he was politely asked to leave.

My daughter and I travel frequently between Albuquerque and San Diego. This was our first time to stop at this hotel. The room was clean but the mattresses has been well used and the TV was an old one, no flat screen. I paid $122.42 for one night. I paid that amount or less for some very nice rooms in...

First, I was disappointed that the pool and jacuzzi were closed since that was my main reason for choosing this hotel. I had looked at this hotel on hotels.com and it said nothing about a seasonal pool. Nor did the desk clerk tell us it was closed when we checked in and we were talking about going swimming. The desk...

Dear upset guests and future customers, Our pool is closed for the winter. As a matter of fact, it is shown on hotels.com. And every other website. Please read CAREFULLY next time. The website actually says that the pool is closed during the winter months. We offer very high speed wi-fi. Don't be afraid to ask about the password, and...
