Not the best place to stay. Apartment was good, well equipped. Only breakfast served...no restaurant any other time of day. Car required.....if not it is taxis everywhere.....would have to think hard about staying here again.

This is a great place to stay out of town away from the beach. Quiet, lots of swimming pools, children’s play area, lots of seating area. Breakfast and lunch area only open till 13.00 hrs while I was there for pool drinks think they need to be open longer as people tend to wander over the road rather than staying by the pool. Bar and restaurant over road cheap and cheerful. Hotel accommodation is clean a little bit dated but for a short stay ample. Quiet part of town easy parking good value.

Excellent stay. This was off season and used instead of renting a villa. The apartment was ideal for us. It was warm, with plenty of hot water, a good bed, internet, and very friendly and helpful staff. The apartment was a bit tired but there is maintenance going on. If a bulb needed changed it was done immediately or when asked. When the washing machine broke, we were told that it would be checked and the hotel would do our washing in the meantime. A couple of days later we got a new washing machine [but had to start doing our own washing again!]. All in all, excellent value for money. A car is recommended as the road to the beach is busy and at times has no pavement. Beach is about 2 kilometres away. The park opposite has an excellent bar and meals or you can even join the locals and have your own picnic. There are also another 2 restaurants within a minute or two. Bacchus is excellent for steaks on the stone while Aguila is better for a family budget. Plenty of supermarkets not too far away with Consum and Mas y Mas being the closest. There is a back road to Consum that avoids the worst of the busy road. In season there are a number of pools and other features available. Some people have criticised it for not being 4 stars, but they don't realise how hotels are judged. This isn't the last word in luxury but it is practical, friendly, and very good value for money. It may be a it noisy when it is busy in season, but out of season it's an excellent option.

I booked to visit this property back in April via booking.com with free cancellation. I wasn't especially impressed to find that they had taken a deposit despite no mention of this being made at the time of booking. Had I known, I'd have used a card which wouldn't have incurred such extortionate rates. Anyway, these concerns were soon superseded by the saga which has followed. Unfortunately our circumstances changed and I had to cancel the reservation (well within the free cancellation time-frame). Since then, I have been continually chasing the deposit refund. Apparently the refund was processed on the 17th August, and would take 10 - 15 days to appear. Three weeks later and I have yet to receive it. I'm completely fed up of having to chase this. Given how unhelpful they have been regarding the refund, I dread to think what it would have been like had we stayed here.

We stayed in one of the apartments for 2 nights and it was perfect. Large rooms lounge, bedroom and bathroom. Washing machine, dishwasher microwave, cooker everything that you could need, and everywhere was spotless!!!! Rooms were cleaned each day and breakfast was a huge buffet with indoor and outdoor seating. There are several pools and a play area for children. Opposite a natural wooded area yet within a few. Inured drive of beach and shops. Yes perfect in every way.
