Don't know where to start. Fire alarm on floor 4 corridor smashed hanging off wall with bonus of fire door propped open with fire extinguisher. Also lights with wires exposed. Room shabby no light shades, bare bulbs blinding you. Food disgusting for example cold chips...More

hi you have to pay for the Wi-Fi 10 lira day or 50 lira a week even around the pool etc. don't bother it doesn't work and only one person can be on it at a time so if if there's two of you then flip a coin. air con free... More
hi you have to pay for the Wi-Fi 10 lira day or 50 lira a week even around the pool etc. don't bother it doesn't work and only one person can be on it at a time so if if there's two of you then flip a coin. air con free fridge you have to pay for but it's called a mini bar but it isn't stocked and we asked for 6 days twice a day for ours to be mended gave up in the end! the hotel staff all speak Russian and very poor English so language barrier for getting repairs done a nightmare. sorry for being negative but I'm just being honest.
