We made a last minute decision to go away for the weekend and used booking.com and found Sandcliff. There was only twin room left, but we could push the beds together so booked it. We paid £112 for two nights. We arrived at about 1630 and were checked in within five minutes. We had a room on the second floor...

Sandcliff guess house is a lovely building situated on the seafront of Cromer. Although it is stated on Booking.com that it's a hotel, it is a guest house so bear that in mind before booking. The staff at reception were very friendly. Our room was a double en-suit with a sea view. It was lovely. The beds are very comfortable...

Visited last weekend and was pleasantly surprised. Although it is is advertised as a guest house I have stayed in hotels that are no where near as nice as this. We had a room on the third floor with beautiful sea views which was spacious, smart and clean. The bed was comfy, the duvet lovely and thick and the pillows...

Depending when you book, prices vary. Description of arrangements, especially panoramic view of the sea from bay window, was spot-on. I marked down one star because I felt the room was a bit tired, the ensuite door didn't close properly and the ensuite was very small. However, for the price and aspect, and proximity to the sea and town centre,...

This guest house was a really old building, room was small but very clean and cosy, only let down was there was no where to put things only 2 very small bedside cabinets and one of them had tea and coffee facilities on it, suggest a shelf or small cabinet would be a bonus, breakfast was very very good and...

Good value stay. Rooms are a little dated but spotlessly clean. Good breakfast with plenty of choice and happy to accommodate our straying from hot menu slightly. Room was large and well equiped although when we used our glasses they were taken out and not replaced. No biggie though we used the cups! Room controlled heating, great for me, I like...
