Very dirty very loud Stains on the towels and bed sheets Carpet looked liked it wasn’t vacuumed in weeks. Good location was about the only good part of this hotel! The parking garage is an extra charge as well 23 for a one night stay check in 10 pm and out by 8 am

I chose to stay at the Hyatt Regency during a snowstorm instead of sleeping in my office at the hospital. After an exhausting 12 hours at work I looked forward to the comforts of a nice hotel. Unfortunately, I was sorely let down. The front desk attendant was very kind and helpful. He was the best part about my experience! The restaurant and bar area was closed, to be expected with COVID. What was not expected was the kitchen was also closed which meant dinner was not going to happen. This wouldn’t normally be a huge issue except that it was a state of emergency and all the restaurants in town were closed or offered very little, which didn’t align with my food allergies. I was assured the coffee bar would be open at 5:30 AM to get a hot beverage and a small bite, but that also wasn’t open. Or at least at 5:45 AM it wasn’t open and I didn’t have time to wait because I needed to be at work by 6:15. Due to the location of the hotel, it is evident it is utilized more so for pre-game parties before hitting up all the local bars. The desk in the room had more water stains than it did non-damaged parts. The room smelled musty; the rug is outdated and pulled which makes it look filthy. Overall, I was happy to have an actual bed to sleep on during the snowstorm, but was extremely disappointed in the experience.

Everything was fine. Geoff the manager was excellent. However, I would have liked daily housekeeping. I could do without the valet parking, which I would have preferred as well, but cleaning the room myself was a nuisance. Better darkening curtains would also be nice. The room was too bright

Bathroom toilet leaked everywhere. The beds were not comfortable at all and pillows were hard as rocks. Stayed there for a soccer tournament for my daughter and was very glad it was only an overnight stay. Staff was very friendly and room was clean otherwise.
