Our stay at Wellspring was nothing short of incredible. We drove in from Seattle and had no problem finding Wellspring. We used our GPS and Sunny's written directions. I had made massage appointments for my husband and me prior to our trip. The person I spoke with was very helpful. Upon arrival at Wellspring our reservation envelope was just where...

i did not stay here, but my brother and a lot of the wedding party did. the sanctuary in the woods is gorgeous and holds a lot of people. there is not a lot of facilities for the reception--no large fridge to keep food and drinks fresh between arrival and serving, or real seating or dance-space--but the cabins are truly...

My husband and I stayed at Wellspring after a long day at Mt. Rainier. We had a little trouble finding it, as it is down a road that looks like a dead end. To make it more difficult, AT&T apparently doesn't have service in the area, so we had to go to Ashford (past Wellspring) to figure out where we...

The breakfast baskets at Wellspring are given to guests who are in cabins or rooms that do not have a nice big kitchen. I'm sorry that some other guest made that a confusion for you ! To be honest, with all of the special preferences people have now, dairy free, gluten free, etc. etc. we are soon planning to discontinue...

I spent a night in the Treehouse, which I loved. It is cute, fun, and great for a one person retreat, but it is really tiny, so I'm not sure two large-ish people would be comfortable. Also, you have to climb a ladder to get up to it, so I wouldn't recommend this room for anyone but the sure-footed. The...

I've been going to Wellspring since shortly after it opened, when Sunny had her massage practice and the hot tubs, but no lodging. We would stop after a long day (or days) of hiking to be refreshed. Over the years, she has added the cabins a couple at a time. The beds are comfy, and the atmosphere is much like...

Spent a peaceful night in the Turiya guesthouse at Wellspring. It was an anniversary celebration, and we wanted a chance to celebrate and immerse ourselves in nature. Wellspring delivered. The Turiya was a peaceful place - complete with a little waterfall out the window, a babbling brook, and a reflection pond right outside the glass doors. The grounds are beautiful,...

We spent two nights in the Tamarack cabin. It was gorgeous. So nice to have a kitchen so that we didn't have to spend money going out for every meal. There were games and books in one of the drawers, along with past guestbooks for that particular cabin going back to 2003 (maybe even earlier?). We had fun skimming the...

My partner and I stayed here in April 2013, one night in the tree house and one night in the guest room attached to the sauna. The tree house was very cute and cozy--the full/queen size bed didn't quite fit all the way and the bottom corners (foot of the bed) of the mattress were up at an angle which...

For our upcoming 25th wedding anniversary, my husband and I decided to make reservations at Wellspring after receiving extremely rude telephone customer service from the owners at StormKing Spa & Resort (By the way...Thank-you StormKing for rudely stating that we would be happier somewhere else!
