They cancelled my booking and have failed to refund my deposit, despite informing me it would be back in my bank by the end of last week...not impressed at all.

Hi its not a tram track its a railway which you just go over and follow road you eventually turn right at B & B signpost and follow track take right hand fork till you ca t go any further and you are there. Hope it helps
