As a business hotel, probably not the best bet, though it sure is pleasant to be in the charming town of Mil Valley. I had a lovely room facing the street with french doors. My colleague didn't fare so well in a smaller room. Try to get in the middle of the building. The breakfast was fine and nice to...

We were looking for a quiet place to stay near Muir Woods. We checked prior Trip Advisor reviews and decided on Mill Valley Inn. We were not disappointed. The word is probably quaint....not in an 'old-fashioned' way, but in a comfortable, charming, attractive unique way. Beautiful rooms. Wonderful breakfast buffet and complimentary evening wine and cheese. Walking distance to GREAT...

This is a 25-room inn located in Mill Valley, CA. Staff, room are first-rate. The rooms surround a nice group of redwoods. You can walk to at least a dozen good restaurants in Mill Valley, a really friendly place with some of the cleanest air I've ever breathed.

We stayed at this hotel as it is a great place to stay to visit Muir Woods. The staff are fantastic, very friendly, and extremely helpful, finding a parking space, and helping us with the Golden Gate Bridge toll. The evening wine reception had some great wine, and cheese, and the breakfast was also very good. We only stayed one...

We visit this inn every time we are in Mill Valley. There are so many things we like about it. The underground parking - free. The free breakfast and afternoon wine hour. The rooms. The atmosphere. The location. Just everything!!!

We stayed for one night, had one of the cottages which was surrounded by beautiful redwood tree. The aroma was out of this world! Our cottage was cute and cozy with a wood burning fireplace. Bathroom was a bit dated but all in all, a great place to stay! Complimentary wine and cheese in the evening and nice breakfast spread...

Mill Valley Inn is a charming, welcoming hotel; the front of the Inn is steps away from an array of restaurants and shops, and the back of it is nestled at the edge of the redwoods. For me, there is more than a splash of enchantment in this lovely hotel. About the staff: From the moment I called to make...

Celebrated our 25th anniversary at the Mill Valley Inn. We had plans to do the Dipse trail; the Inn is perfectly located right down the street from the steps that begin this hike through the redwoods to Sinson beach. Cannot say enough about the friendly and helpful staff! Located in the heart of the quaint downtown, walk to everything! Terrific...

This is a fantastic place to stay! When we arrived, we were greeted by a kind receptionist who completed our check-in promptly and provided great tips and details about the area. The room was absolutely wonderful. It was clean, comfortable, and even the smallest details were thought of...soothing music playing, chocolates on the bed, etc. There is a wonderful wine...
