Located in the center of the lovely town of Mill Valley, Ca is this charming little Inn. We had a comfortable room complete with fireplace and balcony - and an unusually helpful Inn employee to greet us after a delayed flight and long day. Her recommendations for a late evening dinner were spot on, adding to a visit so pleasant...

Nice location just north of San Francisco. Located in a quaint little town with a lot of nice places to eat and shop. Staff was exceptionally accommodating making our 2 night stay very pleasant. Staff gave us an upgraded room since it was our first stay, which was really pleasant. The balcony and wood stove were a nice touch.

It is a great place to stay with parking under the hotel. Our room was very cozy. We loved the balcony, but it was too cold in December to sit out there. There was a wood stove with presto logs provided. The heater was quite efficient and had to be turned off because it got very warm in the room....

Why quirky....the elevator is only accessible from the garage, the hallways are all outside, and in winter you may need a coat in the lounge. Nevertheless, it is charming, well located and with a very helpful and friendly staff. Our room was spacious with a nice, modern bath. The decor was "distressed" and not the finest job we have seen....

The hotel is sequestered at the end of a street, offers complimentary breakfast and excellent service. Our valet/porter could not have been more friendly. We also go a walking map of the little downtown and that was helpful. The front desk agent was polite and friendly. Our room was cozy, clean and quiet. Everything we wanted.

I love this hotel for Mill Valley. It's within walking distance to the square but not ON the square. It's close to several hiking trails. They have a lovely breakfast and happy hour included in the rate. The rooms are well appointed - not luxurious but very nice and comfortable. They have really nice lotions and other toiletries which is...

As a business hotel, probably not the best bet, though it sure is pleasant to be in the charming town of Mil Valley. I had a lovely room facing the street with french doors. My colleague didn't fare so well in a smaller room. Try to get in the middle of the building. The breakfast was fine and nice to...

We were looking for a quiet place to stay near Muir Woods. We checked prior Trip Advisor reviews and decided on Mill Valley Inn. We were not disappointed. The word is probably quaint....not in an 'old-fashioned' way, but in a comfortable, charming, attractive unique way. Beautiful rooms. Wonderful breakfast buffet and complimentary evening wine and cheese. Walking distance to GREAT...

This is a 25-room inn located in Mill Valley, CA. Staff, room are first-rate. The rooms surround a nice group of redwoods. You can walk to at least a dozen good restaurants in Mill Valley, a really friendly place with some of the cleanest air I've ever breathed.

We stayed at this hotel as it is a great place to stay to visit Muir Woods. The staff are fantastic, very friendly, and extremely helpful, finding a parking space, and helping us with the Golden Gate Bridge toll. The evening wine reception had some great wine, and cheese, and the breakfast was also very good. We only stayed one...
