This hotel is built as if it was a cotton market. It has a great location right on the Mississippi River and across the street from the Natchez Convention Center and close to Silver Street. Very nice facility with a nice old style atmosphere. We only stayed for one night but would definitely recommend. There was some confusion about the...

Nice hotel in downtown area of Natchez by the river . I got there late and left early so I didn't get a chance to see sights but would like to visit again. Free parking and wifi. The free breakfast was good.

I had a reservation snafu with Expedia, and the service from Expedia was horrible: long waits on hold, no follow-through on promises made, nothing but scripted responses. However, Bill, the manager of the Natchez Grand Hotel, was more than gracious when I spoke with him directly. Although I can not speak to the quality of the stay, I can affirm...

The hotel is right across the street from the Mississippi River, but more importantly it is easy walking distance from everything in the historical district. The staff is super friendly from the manager who greeted us to the bartender and the chamber maids who wish you a good day as you depart. It probably was the friendliest hotel we have...

Wow! Thank you for sharing your thoughts! And what kind thoughts they are. It's such a joy to know that we've helped, in our own humble way, to make your time in Natchez so enjoyable. As for our Friendliest Hotel Ever status, we'll try to maintain the title. It doesn't take much effort, though. Guests such as yourself make this...

Its a shame the hotel is essentially a run down motor inn bc it has a lot of potential with its location and views. The decor is pretty basic and nothing to write home about. Could be any generic limited service hotel anywhere. The front desk employees's dont know customer service 101. Starting off with the fact that we got...

Thank you for providing the details of your experience with us. None of our guests should ever encounter what you describe. Having reviewed the events in question with the Front Desk team on duty that evening and as a whole, please accept our collective apologies. Stayed here for 2 nights. Asked for a room overlooking Mississippi River. Got it! Watched the sun set, room very quiet and comfy. Excellent walking path across the street. Will return. Nice lil coffee shop within walks my distance. Also ride the Hop On Hop Off trolley

Easy check in, lots of parking, central location. Breakfast room large, food standard. Nearby is Under the Hill area, where Samuel Clemens hung out, back when. Walk across street from hotel to view the Mississippi River. Nice sunsets over the river.

We had a beautiful view from the large picture window overlooking the Mississippi River. Even though it is a busy, very popular hotel, there were plenty of courteous staff to keep things running smoothly and keeping it clean. Right behind the hotel is a lovely river walk that is lit up at night. The hot breakfast was very good-some of...

Booked hotel with Booking.com. Upon arrival was told no rooms available. After Yelp review I did receive an apology from a GM. The clerk that informed us there were no rooms, stood there looking at her computer. Another clerk called I guess called the manager that was on duty that night. She hung up and helped another customer, it was...

I would like to again apologize for the experience you encountered attempting to check in to our property on the evening in question. We had an unfortunate error in communication with the booking agent, where we attempted to inform them that we were sold out of our rooms. The booking agent did not act on our request to close reservations...

On a recent road trip with my friends, we decided to visit Natchez, Mississippi and their annual spring Pilgrimage. It had always been on my bucket list to do and we loved it. We only had one night there so we opted to see the big houses that Natchez is known for. We had time to see four of the...

We love that you had such a great time! It sounds like you fit a lot in for one night here. Three days on a future trip would, it's true, cover so much more. We hope to hear from you soon.
