Stayed overnight Feb. 20 (Family day). Only room available was a suite, which cost $398.89 (includes taxes and 3 student lift tickets). Checked in and when we got to our floor, we found out it was being painted. We found a wet towel hanging on the back of the bathroom door. There was 3 remotes, 2 were missing the back...

We had a quick 24 hour getaway. We purchased the Stay and Dine package. The Chef planned a menu specific to our tastes and it was fantastic! The rooms were fine but I recommend you request to be far away from the elevator - it was quite noisy.

The room was average. It was clean and comfortable. The restaurant at the main building is not particularly nice . Really just average with some expensive menu items. Good proximity to the ski hill.Great skiing! You cannot beat the daily rate of $29.00 for a ski hill that big. Staff is less than overly friendly. Pool area needs some attention....

We has such a great time during our 2 night stay this past weekend, and plan to make this an annual event for our family of three. The accommodations next to the hotel (two level, one bedroom) were fantastic - more expensive but worth it to cook breakfasts and lunches and have privacy if one goes to bed early and...

Our family makes an annual ski trip to Calabogie and are always amazed at the great value we get. No lift lines! We come from the GTA where people don't know about Calabogie as they trek north to stand in line at Blue Mountain, etc. Last few trips we stay right at the lodge on the hill and it is...

We stayed one night while we were skiing at Calabogie. It is a nice, clean inn that seemed very well maintained. It was quiet when we were there. You probably don't want a room right by the elevator as it beeps at each floor and I think you'd hear it from your room. Otherwise, great value and a great place...

Spent New Year's Eve here with the children. Pool was open and hot tube was nice. Fire alarm went off twice throughout the night. Staff didn't really seem to care about it at checkout. No apologies, explanation or discounts, but didn't ask for one either

We booked a last minute (week before) 2 bdrm chalet at the hotel online and no information was sent about the chalet. When I called the hotel to get details about the chalet an hour later, I was told that the chalet we were assigned was a car ride away and not at the hotel itself. I asked to cancel...

Most of the staff are very friendly and accommodating. We skied our first day. It froze rain overnight and the staff bustled around to entertain the masses the second day, having games and movies set up and providing complimentary coffee, hot chocolate and cookies . They also allowed us late checkout. There was one gentleman on the evening staff that...

Thank you for your review, laffingirl, and for your patience and understanding during your stay. While the weather has been incredibly cooperative this season, it still has a tendency of keeping us on our toes and we're pleased everyone was still able to enjoy their stay with us. Looking forward to hosting you again in the near future.
