This motel is handy, right off the 401 and we love being able to park in front of our room. The bed was very comfortable, the room was very clean and the front desk clerk was friendly and efficient. There is a fridge and a microwave. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at Mastersons on the weekend and were surprised to find out there was no continental breakfast, only coffee. Even the juice machine was unplugged. Not even juice. When paying close to $450 for two nights (no pool or anything) breakfast should be on the menu. No issues with our room on the second floor. It was clean. Hotels/motels need to stop advertising they have a continental breakfast when they don't. The initial shock of the pandemic is over. Time to start offering the services that were available prior to mar/20. Higher prices with less amenities? Won't be back

This motel is great value. Location is perfect, only minutes from the 401. Lots of nearby restaurants to choose from, including a McDonalds open until 2am Thursday to Saturday. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Comfortable beds, large washroom with deep tub. Very clean. Will stay there again.

We stayed on a holiday long weekend and felt the price was hugely inflated. The lock on our door was broken, we could not secure it from the outside. The toilet seat and toilet roll holder were broken. The bath tap was hanging off, The shower had not been cleaned, there was old soap and spiders in the tub. The carpet was dirty and stained. We would not recommend staying here, the front desk just said thank you for bringing it to our attention!

Travelled to Napanee on Friday JANUARY 3th, 2020 to attend a funeral in BELLVILLE, Ontario. I shopped around (online) and I called direct to about 5 different motels in that neck of the woods. I saw that "Masterson's" had a 4-star rating and the price was right. The total cost came to $77.97 all taxes in. When I entered my room (#208), I was quite surprised. The room was exceptionally clean and modern. The room was a tad smaller than what you would find at the Comfort Inn, for example..., but I was travelling solo. Good water presssure for the shower and the bathroom was spotlessly clean and bright. The Owner/Manager, "Amrit" was very polite! There were several places to go for breakfast, lunch and dinner and these restaurants were all within a kilometer or two from the motel. "Denny's", "Timmy's", "A & W"and several more. If you are looking for a real bang on your buck..., look for the independently owned motels with 4 star ratings. The room was equipped with mini fridge, (that really works well), microwave and large screen T.V. Would I stay here again..., absolutely!!

We planned a spur of the moment trip to visit with out of town family. Although they actually lived closer to Kingston, we agreed to meet here since all rooms in the Kingston area were booked due to a concert. Although this placed looked like a typical roadside motel, it was anything but. The room was smartly decorated, the furnishings were upgraded, and the room was immaculately CLEAN. We were quite astonished at how nice a place this was. And from now on, we will stay HERE instead of traveling into Kingston. It was convenient to the highway, and there were great places to eat very close by.

The room I had was clean but there were other issues. First- Price... I was quoted $89. per night when I booked my rooms on May 10. When I arrived on August 16, I was charged $129. per night. Unfortunately I did not have a confirmation with me. Only a text that was "not acceptable". Second- Room condition...one electrical outlet did not have a cover on it (wires exposed), the cover on AC broken off and just sitting there. When I went to turn on the light switch, it sizzled and the entire switch was loose and moving around. What a fire hazard. The old lamp shade was deteriorated and falling apart. The fridge had so much dirty ice built up inside and the freezer door missing completely. The bed was held up with a big chunk of 2 x 4 & 1 x 6 board. I took pictures of it all. And the noise from the road was terrible until about 1:00 am Finally... "breakfast included" was toast (choice of one bread) waffle or fruitloops. No fruit, yogurt, eggs, milk...nothing! They did have coffee & juice. The staff were not friendly at all, since I questioned my price at check in. No I would NOT recommend this motel nor will I come back.

The furniture is a bit worn, yet the beds still comfortable and everything clean. Just noticed some brown stains on shower curtain and the fridge wasn’t too clean. We were simply happy there was one. :-) Wifi reliable and fast. Breakfast: nice selection and good quality. Two kinds of cereal (Kellogg’s), blueberry muffins, bread, plain Quaker porridge, fresh waffles, butter, jam, peanut butter, coffee, tea, apple juice, orange juice (Minute Maid)

I went with friends to Prince Edward county for the weekend to visit the wineries. We needed 3 rooms. I read the reviews and thought that this would be okay only for a one night's stay...well....it was not! I stayed in room 28 and one of my friends stayed in room 22. Both rooms smelled really bad! There were bugs stuck on the walls and on the ceiling. There was dust everywhere: headbords, walls, window sills.you name it there was dust. It was unacceptable to see so much dust in one room! My other friends were in room 202, in the interior building on the 2nd floor and it was better. However, I am writing my review based on my room and not on theirs. The employee greeting us at the front desk was very nice but it can't make up for the unpleasantness that was this room! I won't be going back to this establishment, nor do I recommend it.
