Older motel in good condition on out skirts of Napanee. Emailed 3 motels and this one had the best review and price by $10. $59.00 plus tax not bad for the area. Manager very friendly. Dated but clean, wifi, tv, radio, microwave, frig, phone with free local calls. Shower but no tub. Many rooms do not have opening windows (ours) and no A/C was visible. Not sure what it would be like in hot weather. You might want to ask if hot weather expected.
Wifi worked well from far end of motel.
Should be quiet as there is a cemetery across the road!
Wendy's, McDonalds plus local eateries.
For the price it was good value but not "fantastic" or “Beautiful... Absolutely Beautiful...” as previously reported.

Response from TwinPeaksMotel, Manager at Twin Peaks Motel
Responded Sep 27, 2011
We appreciate review by Cavuu on September 24, 2011. We appreciate review by Cavuu on September 24, 2011, but we feel to clarify some points in his review about Twin Peaks Motel. Some of our rooms have tub and some with shower, if guest does not specify his preference of tub or shower at the time of check-in or reservation, we give the guest any room whichever is available. All our rooms have front and back windows with all back windows have openings, however, if a guest likes room with front window opening, just ask front desk for this. All rooms have Central Air, which keeps nice and cool rooms in Summer. We have deluxe rooms with Queen beds, customers might have stayed in those rooms who have rated us as 'Fantastic' and 'Beautiful' rooms. Once again, like any hotel, if guest has any concerns about their rooms, they can always ask at our Front desk and we will be happy to resolve their concerns.

At a time of need Twin Peaks was a good choice! I'm not sure about some of the things that other people have said - our room was large, two comfortable beds, very large bathroom, little kitchen with micro, toaster, sink, fridge and stocked kitchen dishes and utensils, great TV kitchen and bathroom windows opened just fine; only thing needed is a storm door to cut down the draft and to be able to open the inside door when the sun rises over the river and the sun is shining, nice view.

Temperature not always consistent, hot to cold to hot to cold.

Overall, our family will stay again. The owner and his wife are wonderful people and took care of the things that I asked for - the other staff were friendly and accommodating. Thank you to all.

We spent a night there, and it was good in its category. The front desk staff was very helpful, the room was simple, but good enough. The room and the bathroom was clean as well.

The breakfast was tee and coffee, orange juice, toast, jam and pastries, which was good for the price.

I think in its category it is good accommodation, the rooms are clean, and you can sleep well, the staff is helpful, and the price is reasonable.

Seriously.
I've been reading and using TripAdvisor for ages when making my trip plans, so when reading all the "good reviews" about this motel I didn't hesitate and booked a room for one night (thank god).
So first of all, the exterior of the hotel looks like a wreck. The moment we saw the motel we knew we had a HUGE mistake. The room itself is very small comparing to the professional photos and also very very old. The rug is stained, the furniture is very old too, the wood is actually sloughing. Bed sheathes were clean, but bath towels had stains.
Bathroom itself was extremely small. every few seconds the water pressure of the shower became too low or too cold. Not the most pleasant shower I've ever taken to say the least.
What bothered me the most was the horrid smell that came out of the bathroom ventilation system. I had to shut it off because of the smell of a rotten egg that suddenly stunk my room at 10pm. Also, the air conditioner cannot be shut off (and it also stinks) and if you want (and NEED) fresh air, the windows cannot be opened too, so one of the choices a humble and miserable guest like me had is just choking there to death.
In the morning, while checking out, a homeless man was sunbathing near the motel roadside grass. After seeing the motel exterior and interior we were not surprised anymore.
The only bright side to this motel is they don't have bed bugs, and if I won't have Legionella
in the next 72 hours, I might say I successfully survived twin peaks motel.
Sorry, I thought I was going to write some good words like the rest of the guest here but this is my personal experience.

We arrived in mid afternoon so we knew where we were going. We were greeted by a gentlemen in the office who was very pleasant and well dressed.
The room was VERY clean and did not smell. The bed was ever so comfortable! I was very impressed as my husband was as well. Connection to the wireless internet was very easy. In our room was a little refrig that contained a couple of waters. Good water pressure int he bathroom.
I would most certainly go back there again! The price of the room was great, easy parking in front of your room.
A very pleasant place to stay!!

Last Friday I went to Napanee for a family event and since there was a hockey tournament so the only available space was at the Twin Peaks Motel.

The good features were:
- there was parking right outside the room
- the owners were very friendly and helpful
- there were no bugs
- it was close to where we needed to be
- the beds were comfortable
- the family room had a two rooms so kids could go to sleep while adults can stay up

Here is a list of the things I would want to know before going:
- the smell of smoke and other unknown odors was very strong
- the rug was worn and felt so dingy and dirty you didn't want to put anything on it
- there was so little space to sit around and play a game with the family we improvised and took the small side table and with 3 chairs and a person sitting on the bed we made due
- the upholstered chairs were stained and dirty
- the clothes hanger had come off so there was no place to hang clothes
- there are 2 TV's, one in each bedroom but the one TV is is on the same wall as the bed headboard so you can lay on the bed to watch
- we didn't get the free breakfast because when we went into the office there was a 5x5 room with a shelf with a coffee maker which wasn't very impressive. Although the nice owners said they would make us coffee and bring bagels when we wanted it we had brought our own food and put it in the small fridge so we didn't bother. There was also a microwave if you needed it.
- the family room had a connecting door and the people that stayed in that room, even though they were taking at a normal level, it sounded like they were in our room swearing a blue streak.
- the family room cost $85 a night and a single, smaller room that a relative slept in with a single room was very small and smelled as well and cost $55.

I would definitely not stay at this hotel again.

We really liked this place. They have this family room with 3 beds that joins with another room, which had 2 beds, so it worked out really well for my family. All the kids got their own beds and at a reasonable price too. Will definitely be back.

well, we're from Australia and we went to Canada for holidays. As far as accomodation concerns we chose Twin Peaks motel, napanee, we were provided fantastic service and we were extremely satisfied with our 4 night stay. Very good ratings for location, facilities, cleanliness, friendly helpful staff and the cost of accommodation. We will definitely stay again.

This past weekend my sister, my best friend and I stayed at the Twin Peaks Motel in Napanee Ontario, and it was a fantastic place. The room was immaculate; the staff were personable and very accommodating. The location is on a main street, however there is little to no noise from the street. Everything was clean and in fantastic condition. I would not hesitate to recommend this motel to my friends and family, nor would I hesitate to return there for another stay. Thank you very much! The motel is awesome!
