An older motel that has had updates. Stayed here twice this week, and will add this to my list of quaint and affordable places. No bells and whistles, if that’s what you’re looking for. Friendly owners who are ready to accommodate. Parking in front of your door a plus for me.

Stayed here for a lacrosse game in Deseronto (10 minutes west) and was very satisfied with the room and the price. Seeing the bad reviews here, I was concerned but let me put it this way...it is not a chain motel....it was probably a great place in it's heyday when Route 2 was the main east-west route thru the area....it is now a clean, mostly renovated property trying to compete with chains up on Rt 401....it is a value at less than $100US for a clean comfortable room with climate control/good television/comfy beds/fridge+microwave in room and a clean new bathroom. Only knock I might have is that all rooms face route #2 and there is "some" traffic but it was no issue for me (a light sleeper) Would definitely recommend for others and will stay here again next month when my grandson's team returns for another engagement.

Quiet little hotel with clean rooms.. To some of the complaining before... The owners are upgrading the rooms.. good for them in today's competitive markets while trying to keep more bargain for your buck.. hats off to them for making our stays more affordable and comfortable!!

Old Motel Shabby but Expensive. The lady at check-in was nice, but the Room left something to be desired, I'm afraid. Mostly, it was 'The Bed'. It was some kind of memory-foamy thing, and trying to lay in it was forcing my wife and I to do weird things when sharing it. If we'da thought to ask, we'da shied away. Bad night's sleep.

STAY AWAY! They did not disclose that motel was under renovations. We did not use the room and we decided to go to the Napanee Royal because of the noise of renovations. Also the sink was covered with sediments of dirty water. We asked for a refund and we were refunded only half of our payment. The owner is not accommodating and was rude.

Not one I would recommend for picky people. The motel is old and run down but the owners are attentive enough to make up for the shortcomings. The room was small and shabby but clean and bug free. There is a small fridge and a decent television. The small bed was comfortable enough to get a good nights sleep. Hey, if you need a cheap place to get some sleep and you don't care about appearances I would recommend this old motel. Plus, you get a continental breakfast!

Was booked here for nearby business and was supposed to stay for 2 nights and left after one. Room was large, walls were paper thin. Had to turn TV volume way up in order to drown out the room noise on either side of me. Everything needs to be updated and or replaced. Holes in drywall, no covers on lighting, hair dryer did not work and was a fire hazard' shower rod falling out of wall preventing shower curtain from closing hence water all over bathroom floor. More water was coming out of the pipe than the shower head as it was leaking all down the wall. None of the windows were locked when I came in the room and 1 of them couldn't lock. To top it off the overuse of an air freshener made the room smell sickly......I think they douse their comforters and blankets in the stuff. Only redeeming quality was it was tidy. I called my office and said never put anyone here again....

The owners are very nice so I wish I could rate it higher but that would be a lie. I stayed 4 nights in Spet. PROS - low price ( but you can get a better room at the Fox motel for the same money.) - okay if you are stuck for a low cost place to stay. - location - in town but at the edge , no sidewalk for the 1.5km walk to downtown - owners - super nice people - good wifi - breakfast had yogurt and real orange juice CONS- washroom and shower always smelled of urine over the 4 days , even with window open - dated decor, somewhat rundown inside and outside-example - linoleum ( no vinyl flooring) in washroom - smallish room -light switches in strange places - middle of the room and also outside of washroom - no sidewalk to walk downtown , at least for the first block. -no control for air conditioning that I could find - it had vents and central air/heat, and a baseboard heater control in the room. -

Let's not beat around the bush, Twin Peaks needs some major renovation, but the room I had was clean and the owners go out of there way to make everyone feel welcome. My room had a rear projection TV must have been +20 years old, but worked. There are a lot of works who stay here so there are always heading to the job sites at 5am. But for the price it is OK.

Big room with two double beds, reasonable price, reasonable location, reasonable cleansiness, swell breakfast included. Free WI FI Tenants are very nice and curteous. Overall, I would give it a 7.5 and I think it deserves exactly that!!
