We have stayed here a few times and we will definitely be back. The owners take pride in their hotel. The property is very well maintained and the rooms are spotless. Thank you Jimmy and Sam!!! We were treated incredibly well at the Fox Motor Inn. A motel doesn't get any better than this. The family did everything to make our stay comfortable. I highly recommend the Fox Motor Inn to anyone who is looking for a place to stay in the area.

On my way back from a 7 day tour of eastern Ontario, my last night booked before heading home was at the Fox Motor Inn. What a pleasant surprise it was. From the moment you turn into the driveway, you are met with a SPOTLESS, clean property adorned with bright colourful flowers and sculpted shrubbery. Although from far away you would think "Just another tired old throw-back motor inn from the 1960's", once you get up close you see just how new, clean and well-appointed this property is for a small town motel. The room was clean and fresh, the beds were super-comfy, the bathroom was very tidy and sanitary and they even had a electrical power bar on the center nightstand to plug in phone/laptop adaptors!..No hunting around for either hidden or already-occupied wall outlets !! Stayed 3 nights here, room was extremely clean . Great value and owners were great. There is a pool and bbq for guests to use. Owners suggested a great road trip for us to do which we did. Can't stress enough what a great place to stay

It’s not too often I get to find a gem, but this is one of them. TripAdvisor did not fail me. This family owned establishment has a lot to offer. The rooms are spotless. The pool is pretty great. It’s the small things that make a huge difference... the property is decorated with beautiful flowers everywhere. It’s such a breath of fresh air to see such professionalism. The beds are firm... just like I love it. But the cool thing, the nice water pressure in the shower. It’s so nice. The owner was delightful to deal with. If you’re thinking of staying in a big over priced corporate hotel on the main highway, consider supporting this business instead. It’s a much better value for your money and you won’t be disappointed. Stop and smell the flowers. It’s worth it.

This is a very lovely motel - spotlessly clean and the room was nicely decorated. Bed was very comfortable as well. We felt a déjà vous moment as we feel we have been here before and we now know why - a really nice place to stay. Very nice pool and lots of parking places. Staff were friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. Supplied us with ice from their own home as they dont have an ice vending machine - which I felt was very thoughtful. Will return again for sure/

Great experience at Fox Motor Inn. Stayed two nights in a newly renovated room which was very clean. Will not hesitate to go back. Jim and his family are very welcoming. They keep the grounds impeccable and the pool spotless.

Absolutely love this place! Friendly, welcoming, clean- perfect place for a little get away! BBQ’s available, free wifi, pool and a/c! The people that run the place are very helpful and accommodating they keep the place spotless and make sure all expectations are exceeded! Excellent experience!

The Fox Motor Inn run by the Patel family (especially Jimmy) has been our place to stay for a week or two during ice fishing season (Jan - Feb) in the area of Bay of Quinte. Jimmy and his family are like family to us guys that make the trip every year from here in New York. The family treats us like family. You'll find no other cleaner and well taken motel in all of Ontario. Located in Napanee, Ontario, just off the 401, it outdoes all the other motels in the area. We look forward to seeing Jimmy and his family every year irregardless of how good or bad the ice fishing is. You will NOT be disappointed!

Stayed here one night. Old style motel in the outskirts of town. Room was old fashioned but unbelievably clean. Toilitries were of high quality, great TV, great bed, great pillows and the staff was very friendly. Great value for the room rate. I would not hesitate to stay here again.
