Folk running motel helpful and friendly. Room was nice and big and very clean. Nice big flatscreen. AC worked great. Has free continental breakfast, but I went into town instead. No issues here. Would stay again, no question.

Friendly hosts with good humor. Clean and well kept place with pool and lots of parking space. Good WiFi / Good coffee in room Nice family rstaurant across the street And: cheap gas just west of Napanee (Mohawk)

A 50+ year old facility has been transformed into a Modern up to date + facility. Very pleasantly surprised. All new facilities with no cover-ups. From location to amenities to the pleasant staff, very surprised. Highly recommended and I will be back. A+++++

Excellent value, with accommodation features not always met by high end, big city hotels. Spacious, spotlessly clean room, very comfortable bed, microwave, large bar fridge, lots of channels on the HD television, includes a very good continental breakfast, very friendly hosts.

We fell on a jem , this place is very clean and the people who own the place are so p[leasant and kind , great service. I have nothing bad to say about the place and we were very surprised but very happy with the place

We stayed here because we had family in the area. The location is clean - one of the better places I've stayed of late. The property is very well kept having fresh flower and plants all around. The rooms are modern and the heating/cooling system works quietly and efficiently. Check in was simple, parking safe and ample. We were on the 2nd floor and there was no external noise to be heard. Minor improvements could include the option of skipping a day of housekeeping, upgrading towels (money saved on housekeeping could pay for this) and larger plastic cups. Breakfast was as expected however food should be replenished during the breakfast time. All in all, very positive and I would stay here again.

It was a surprising place. I didn't expect this much good. Everything was brand new. Washroom was sparkling clean and bedroom was very clean. I stayed two nights. After the first night. I cleaned all ofvthem replacing everything as if they welcomed a new customer. The Wi-Fi was very strong unlike other motels. Definitely I'll visit this again. Awesome place!

So, I looked on the review for this place just like you guys right now. I figured it was a little out of the way since we had activities to do in Kingston. The review did not disappoint me I tell ya. The place was clean, well maintained updated and very affordable for what you get. I wish I had breakfast included but no big deal. We got the little cabin, made it look like we were camping. I will be back for sure.

Came from England & stayed here to visit family. Lovely hotel made very welcome & everyone so very friendly. Super clean free internet & all very clean. Easy breakfast ideal. Thank you & England did win the World Cricket.

Going through my reviews I just realized I failed to review this wonderful motel last July ! We stayed here one night on our way back from the East Coast as it was reasonably close to the Ferry crossing to Prince Edward County. The owners are very friendly, the room was clean, clean, clean and well appointed. The grounds were also kept nicely. Even though it's on a busy thoroughfare the traffic noise was exceptable. A bonus was the restaurant directly across the street where you could get a full breakfast. This motel is exceptional value and their Business Card is now in our file for future stays !!
