Had a concert in Kingston, decided to stay in the lovely town of Napanee. The Fox Inn is in an ideal location with a restaurant across the road that seems to be a local favourite. Food is good and at an excellent price. The motel is top notch with very friendly staff. It is modern and very clean inside and out. Excellent rates, very quiet room. Cleanest and nicest place we stayed at for some time.

I stay at this hotel every time I travel to Napanee on business. Family run, super clean, rennovated rooms, free internet. Outdoor swimming pool, gas bbqs, and basketball hoop. I haven't tried the continental breakfast yet.

Great hospitality. Family owned & run. Exceptionally accommodating & easily accessible. Offers of help as we are older. Spacious room & bathroom. VERY clean. Close to everything we were here for. Will absolutely return.

This was my 3rd time staying at the Fox Motor Inn. Everything, as usual was wonderful. The rooms and quite large and very clean and the grounds outside are immaculate. That certainly shows that the owners care tremendously about their business. I honestly can't think of anywhere else I would stay while in the area.

We were so pleased to arrive and find clean, modern, roomy accommodations. The bathroom had all new fixtures (a rarity these days). The staff/owners were friendly, courteous and helpful. The breakfast room had everything we required. Checking-in and out was easy, and we were made to feel welcome. The location is convenient to downtown and all recreation areas. We will certainly stay again, and we look forward to it. The Hunts, Port Hope

I was requested to go to the Napanee area by one of the companies I am doing work for. I had never been in the area before so I did a search and picked the Fox Motor Inn, I couldn't be more happy with my choice! I have been staying at the hotel on and off for four months. My travel for work (traveling from Alberta) has me landing at late hours. Jimmy and Sam have always greeted me with a smile (sometimes a sleepy one lol) but got me into my room. They also were accommodating enough to store some of my things while I was away so I didn't need to lug it all each time I flew. They have three buildings at different rates. The cheapest are older buildings closer to the road, two small cottages for summer months and a newer building towards the rear of the property. Where I was there…

The innkeeper was friendly, informative and went well beyond the expected. My husband had gone ahead of me to event across town. My intention was to walk; yet it was very cold and further away then we had anticipated. The innkeeper insisted on driving me there. Exceptional service!

We have stayed at the Fox Motor Inn several times. It is basic but always spotlessly clean and the front desk is always friendly. Great location. The restaurant across the street has a good breakfast. Would highly recommend.

For many years I've spent approx. 70 nights a year at various motels and hotels throughout much fo the world. This was the cleanest and best motel experience in my life. Check-in was friendly and informative, the room looked and as if it was brand new, the bathroom was cleaner than my own bathroom at home (and I think I'm a pretty good housekeeper), the location (about 8 or 9 minutes off the 401) was great, the wi-fi was as good as I've ever had it, and the continental breakfast was available when requested (7 a.m.). I stayed in the low season and the price was excellent. Best deal I've ever found, anywhere.

Our room appeared to be recently renovated. The furnishings were quite new. The bathroom was very clean. The bed was quite comfortable. Breakfast area was small and limited choice but still adequate. We stayed here for an event in Kingston, which is ony a half-hour drive.
